GBStay away from leather recoloring balm I have nice leather furniture ... leather jacket quality. The amazon web page for this product said if water absorbs into leather, you can use it. Water did absorb, so I bought 2 containers. 7 weeks after purchase, I got around to recoloring my couch and the product did not absorb into the leather. I called FurnitureClinic customer service and they told me to get a refund through Amazon, and they directed me to another more expensive product that has five laborious, multi-pass steps to restore my couch. Forget the cost of the product that will work ... it will take a TON of labor to get the job done for a couch, love seat, and ottoman. Adding insult to injury, because Amazon only allows refunds for 30 days, I asked FurnitureClinic to refund and they refused. So now, I am stuck with $70 worth of product I can't use. Stay away ! __________________

GBBought Recoloring Balm to repair a … Bought Recoloring Balm to repair a leather sofa that had its finish fade and also a lot of scratches. The product worked beautifully. The color match was perfect and the application process was very easy. Also bought a couple of the terry cloth rags; their size is perfect - much better than cutting up an old towel or tee shirt - and no residue.

GBcolor balm is not worth buying color balm is not worth buying. There was an insignificant difference. It is gel like substance that hard to attach and smooth over the leather, especially working it up vertically. My car seats were not worn out, they had some color fading only. shoe polish did much better job for couple of backs.

GBleather degreaser does not work I ordered the leather degreaser and it took weeks to arrive. Once it finally arrived, it was unsealed and half empty. I decided to use some of the degreaser that was left since I had waited so long for it to arrive and it did not work at all. I followed the directions and used it twice on a small area and used the leather clinic cleaner in between uses but it did nothing. The leather nope feels rough and dry in the area where I used it. Also it appears that this company does not post its reviews accurately.

GBPurchased a patch kit that didn’t … Purchased a patch kit that didn’t include the required cleaner nor mention it was needed. Purchased the cream that adds new color to your furniture but apparently comes with quite a few caveats on how it won’t cover ... patches (what’s the point of it then) or whether the leather takes the color or not
