Destroyed my leather furniture Used leather coloring balm on a very expensive ekornes couch and chair and it destroyed the finish . I called customer service who immediately took an aggressive defensive position stating the website clearly states to water test before using their products , well .. it is hidden in the FAQS ! When a consumer follws the normal purchasing flow by clucking on leather and then coloring balm , there is absolutely no warning that the product may damage leather . Again, after I hung up the phone with customer service I had to dig through the website to finally locate the disclaimer in the frequently asked questions section. And they further stated they would issue a refund which I have not received as of this date. An absolute nightmare $10,000 worth of furniture destroyed.

I watched their video and thought it would work... I watched their video of a man cleaning a light colored leather item that was filthy and in a few minutes it was restored to clean. My handbag and cell phone are the same color and so I ordered the leather care kit for $30 to keep them clean and save having to buy another cell phone cover. After scrubbing and following their directions, there was hardly any change. I've wasted $30 and now will have to buy another $30 cell phone cover. Stay away from this product unless you can afford to throw your money away.

Amazing product for those with pets I've tried forever to find a product which helped with those 'little accidents' that a new dog can have in the home, but didn't bleach or spoil the furniture or carpets. A friend suggested try Furniture Clinic's " No more odours"product as it could be used on rugs and other furniture as well as carpets and floors. I've used it a few times now and it cleans the mess up perfectly and is amazing to completely mask the odour. Covering the odour not only helped with house training bur the product was also incredibly kind to the furniture and flooring leaving it in great condition

If you have anything decent don’t use… If you have anything decent don’t use this company or any of the products they sell. I was looking to try to remove a darkening spot on my leather recliner at the headrest. Thinking it was from body oil, I ordered the degreaser. After putting in on & letting it dry I vacuumed it off & then reconditioned it as stated on the directions. It slightly improved it & the powder turned slightly yellow, but I then noticed it took the sheen off the area & the reconditioning cream did not help it ether. I called the 1-800 number & told the lady on the phone who barely let me speak, what was going on. She stated, Oh you must have Bi-cast leather,… umm, No, I have 100% aniline top grade leather from Potterybarn . She then said, send me a picture of the label on the chair. I turned the chair over to take the picture of the label & sent it. She never called or email me back & now my good leather chair looks like crap on the headrest. According to PB when they dye their leather they also have a type of sealant that helps from water soaking into the leather & causing water stains. So now I’m screwed & hopefully will find something that will help this issue. The product I got from this company smelled like straight acetone. It’s garbage & this company really doesn’t have the knowledge when problems happen nor do they try to help.

I ordered your product that was … I ordered your product that was advertised to lift body oil from leather. I followed directions using the naptha product with it as recommended. I repeated the process 4 times & can tell absolutely no difference in the stain. I would not recommend this product at all.
