very dissatisified with product and… very dissatisified with product and help support desk. sent e mail explaining problem all support could come back with was not right for application and recommended another product which cost more the product I purchased. This so called water test was a bomb water beeded up in some area and soaked in others. I am trying to restore a Lazy Boy chair which is made of fine leather not fake. The lease I would have expected was the company to appologize and refund money but not even that would not recommend product to a friend

Is this place a scam? No phone or email responses.. Ive tried ordering from them twice in two weeks. Both times my entire order is cancelled about 24 hours after purchase. Multiple emails, no response or explanation. Multiple calls to a local number and to a toll free number that always say they are closed. So much for "help from professionals". By pressing 1 and then # I have been able to leave a message, but no return calls. Press zero and it hangs up on you claiming "technical difficulties". Or repeats that they are closed. I will be doing business elsewhere and suggest you do too.

If you have anything decent don’t use… If you have anything decent don’t use this company or any of the products they sell. I was looking to try to remove a darkening spot on my leather recliner at the headrest. Thinking it was from body oil, I ordered the degreaser. After putting in on & letting it dry I vacuumed it off & then reconditioned it as stated on the directions. It slightly improved it & the powder turned slightly yellow, but I then noticed it took the sheen off the area & the reconditioning cream did not help it ether. I called the 1-800 number & told the lady on the phone who barely let me speak, what was going on. She stated, Oh you must have Bi-cast leather,… umm, No, I have 100% aniline top grade leather from Potterybarn . She then said, send me a picture of the label on the chair. I turned the chair over to take the picture of the label & sent it. She never called or email me back & now my good leather chair looks like crap on the headrest. According to PB when they dye their leather they also have a type of sealant that helps from water soaking into the leather & causing water stains. So now I’m screwed & hopefully will find something that will help this issue. The product I got from this company smelled like straight acetone. It’s garbage & this company really doesn’t have the knowledge when problems happen nor do they try to help.

This is a review for the leather stain cleaner This is a review for the leather stain cleaner. I bought a $15 bottle (plus shipping) of empty promises. Didn't help AT ALL in removing the tire marks from my back seat. I used a microfiber cloth, then a bug and tar remover sponge, the the green scrubber side of a regular dish sponge. It made exactly zero difference. I am extremely disappointed.

Poor unprofessional service Poor unprofessional service. They have listed the items on line, accept order and payment and than after a few days canceled it, because one of the item a color paint is not available than other item a patch is not going to work with different paint brand. Bulls..t.
