GBcolor balm is not worth buying color balm is not worth buying. There was an insignificant difference. It is gel like substance that hard to attach and smooth over the leather, especially working it up vertically. My car seats were not worn out, they had some color fading only. shoe polish did much better job for couple of backs.

GBDestroyed my leather furniture Used leather coloring balm on a very expensive ekornes couch and chair and it destroyed the finish . I called customer service who immediately took an aggressive defensive position stating the website clearly states to water test before using their products , well .. it is hidden in the FAQS ! When a consumer follws the normal purchasing flow by clucking on leather and then coloring balm , there is absolutely no warning that the product may damage leather . Again, after I hung up the phone with customer service I had to dig through the website to finally locate the disclaimer in the frequently asked questions section. And they further stated they would issue a refund which I have not received as of this date. An absolute nightmare $10,000 worth of furniture destroyed.

GBDon't buy Terry Cloths... Terry face cloths 1 KG purchased from Furniture Clinic website to get free delivery - You will get around 12 halves of used hotel machinewashed white hand towels which are harder than a simple local supermarket face cloth. Waste of money. "Throwaway cloths" according to their advisor.

GBdid not work for us after several coats of your product on our leather sofa and our love seat your product did not cover completely but even more disappointing is the fact that it did not get absorbed and rubbed right off within just a few days. I was disappointed to say the least.

GBStay away from leather recoloring balm I have nice leather furniture ... leather jacket quality. The amazon web page for this product said if water absorbs into leather, you can use it. Water did absorb, so I bought 2 containers. 7 weeks after purchase, I got around to recoloring my couch and the product did not absorb into the leather. I called FurnitureClinic customer service and they told me to get a refund through Amazon, and they directed me to another more expensive product that has five laborious, multi-pass steps to restore my couch. Forget the cost of the product that will work ... it will take a TON of labor to get the job done for a couch, love seat, and ottoman. Adding insult to injury, because Amazon only allows refunds for 30 days, I asked FurnitureClinic to refund and they refused. So now, I am stuck with $70 worth of product I can't use. Stay away ! __________________
