Is this place a scam? No phone or email responses.. Ive tried ordering from them twice in two weeks. Both times my entire order is cancelled about 24 hours after purchase. Multiple emails, no response or explanation. Multiple calls to a local number and to a toll free number that always say they are closed. So much for "help from professionals". By pressing 1 and then # I have been able to leave a message, but no return calls. Press zero and it hangs up on you claiming "technical difficulties". Or repeats that they are closed. I will be doing business elsewhere and suggest you do too.

Tried several applications Tried several applications but there was no change. Leather was discolored due to medical cream applications to my husbands arms and legs. Beige turned green. Guess it is not effective for this. Thanks for prompt delivery.

Destroyed my leather furniture Used leather coloring balm on a very expensive ekornes couch and chair and it destroyed the finish . I called customer service who immediately took an aggressive defensive position stating the website clearly states to water test before using their products , well .. it is hidden in the FAQS ! When a consumer follws the normal purchasing flow by clucking on leather and then coloring balm , there is absolutely no warning that the product may damage leather . Again, after I hung up the phone with customer service I had to dig through the website to finally locate the disclaimer in the frequently asked questions section. And they further stated they would issue a refund which I have not received as of this date. An absolute nightmare $10,000 worth of furniture destroyed.

Purchased a patch kit that didn’t … Purchased a patch kit that didn’t include the required cleaner nor mention it was needed. Purchased the cream that adds new color to your furniture but apparently comes with quite a few caveats on how it won’t cover ... patches (what’s the point of it then) or whether the leather takes the color or not

To be fair To be fair, my project was not a simple one. The cleaner will not remove all stains. Many stains remain after cleaning. I tried to cover stains with balm but balm only adds some color over the stains. The leather binder does not take the color the same as the leather. It leaves light spots. The biggest issue is after the color. The protection cream removes the color. Products might work for simple projects.
