GBStay away from leather recoloring balm I have nice leather furniture ... leather jacket quality. The amazon web page for this product said if water absorbs into leather, you can use it. Water did absorb, so I bought 2 containers. 7 weeks after purchase, I got around to recoloring my couch and the product did not absorb into the leather. I called FurnitureClinic customer service and they told me to get a refund through Amazon, and they directed me to another more expensive product that has five laborious, multi-pass steps to restore my couch. Forget the cost of the product that will work ... it will take a TON of labor to get the job done for a couch, love seat, and ottoman. Adding insult to injury, because Amazon only allows refunds for 30 days, I asked FurnitureClinic to refund and they refused. So now, I am stuck with $70 worth of product I can't use. Stay away ! __________________

GBBought Recoloring Balm to repair a … Bought Recoloring Balm to repair a leather sofa that had its finish fade and also a lot of scratches. The product worked beautifully. The color match was perfect and the application process was very easy. Also bought a couple of the terry cloth rags; their size is perfect - much better than cutting up an old towel or tee shirt - and no residue.

GBTried several applications Tried several applications but there was no change. Leather was discolored due to medical cream applications to my husbands arms and legs. Beige turned green. Guess it is not effective for this. Thanks for prompt delivery.

GBvery dissatisified with product and… very dissatisified with product and help support desk. sent e mail explaining problem all support could come back with was not right for application and recommended another product which cost more the product I purchased. This so called water test was a bomb water beeded up in some area and soaked in others. I am trying to restore a Lazy Boy chair which is made of fine leather not fake. The lease I would have expected was the company to appologize and refund money but not even that would not recommend product to a friend

GBIs this place a scam? No phone or email responses.. Ive tried ordering from them twice in two weeks. Both times my entire order is cancelled about 24 hours after purchase. Multiple emails, no response or explanation. Multiple calls to a local number and to a toll free number that always say they are closed. So much for "help from professionals". By pressing 1 and then # I have been able to leave a message, but no return calls. Press zero and it hangs up on you claiming "technical difficulties". Or repeats that they are closed. I will be doing business elsewhere and suggest you do too.
