Purchased the cream that adds new color to your furniture but apparently comes with quite a few caveats on how it won’t cover ... patches (what’s the point of it then) or whether the leather takes the color or not

GBBought Recoloring Balm to repair a … Bought Recoloring Balm to repair a leather sofa that had its finish fade and also a lot of scratches. The product worked beautifully. The color match was perfect and the application process was very easy. Also bought a couple of the terry cloth rags; their size is perfect - much better than cutting up an old towel or tee shirt - and no residue.

GBTried several applications Tried several applications but there was no change. Leather was discolored due to medical cream applications to my husbands arms and legs. Beige turned green. Guess it is not effective for this. Thanks for prompt delivery.

GBcolor balm is not worth buying color balm is not worth buying. There was an insignificant difference. It is gel like substance that hard to attach and smooth over the leather, especially working it up vertically. My car seats were not worn out, they had some color fading only. shoe polish did much better job for couple of backs.

GBTo be fair To be fair, my project was not a simple one. The cleaner will not remove all stains. Many stains remain after cleaning. I tried to cover stains with balm but balm only adds some color over the stains. The leather binder does not take the color the same as the leather. It leaves light spots. The biggest issue is after the color. The protection cream removes the color. Products might work for simple projects.
