Is this place a scam? No phone or email responses.. Ive tried ordering from them twice in two weeks. Both times my entire order is cancelled about 24 hours after purchase. Multiple emails, no response or explanation. Multiple calls to a local number and to a toll free number that always say they are closed. So much for "help from professionals". By pressing 1 and then # I have been able to leave a message, but no return calls. Press zero and it hangs up on you claiming "technical difficulties". Or repeats that they are closed. I will be doing business elsewhere and suggest you do too.

Don't buy Terry Cloths... Terry face cloths 1 KG purchased from Furniture Clinic website to get free delivery - You will get around 12 halves of used hotel machinewashed white hand towels which are harder than a simple local supermarket face cloth. Waste of money. "Throwaway cloths" according to their advisor.

Stay away from leather recoloring balm I have nice leather furniture ... leather jacket quality. The amazon web page for this product said if water absorbs into leather, you can use it. Water did absorb, so I bought 2 containers. 7 weeks after purchase, I got around to recoloring my couch and the product did not absorb into the leather. I called FurnitureClinic customer service and they told me to get a refund through Amazon, and they directed me to another more expensive product that has five laborious, multi-pass steps to restore my couch. Forget the cost of the product that will work ... it will take a TON of labor to get the job done for a couch, love seat, and ottoman. Adding insult to injury, because Amazon only allows refunds for 30 days, I asked FurnitureClinic to refund and they refused. So now, I am stuck with $70 worth of product I can't use. Purchased a patch kit that didn’t … Purchased a patch kit that didn’t include the required cleaner nor mention it was needed. Purchased the cream that adds new color to your furniture but apparently comes with quite a few caveats on how it won’t cover ... patches (what’s the point of it then) or whether the leather takes the color or not

3 weeks and still no product This review is based solely on the ordering process. I never received my product, therefore I cannot review said product. I placed my order on the 5th of September, it is now 3 weeks later and on my account it still says not shipped. Company did not contact me about anything (ei: out of stock or whatever). Moral of the story: If you need a product shipped to you in a timely matter, do not order from here. I have emailed them for a refund, because I tried calling and no answer. Hopefully, I have not inconvenience them by asking for a refund. :[
