The color match was perfect and the application process was very easy. Also bought a couple of the terry cloth rags; their size is perfect - much better than cutting up an old towel or tee shirt - and no residue.

This is a review for the leather stain cleaner This is a review for the leather stain cleaner. I bought a $15 bottle (plus shipping) of empty promises. Didn't help AT ALL in removing the tire marks from my back seat. I used a microfiber cloth, then a bug and tar remover sponge, the the green scrubber side of a regular dish sponge. It made exactly zero difference. I am extremely disappointed.

Items on backorder not mentioned at time of purchase I placed an order on December 3rd today is December 21st and the package still has not shipped. I requested cancelled my order due do this huge issue. Beware on items you order they will not arrive on the time indicated for regular shipping.

3 weeks and still no product This review is based solely on the ordering process. I never received my product, therefore I cannot review said product. I placed my order on the 5th of September, it is now 3 weeks later and on my account it still says not shipped. Company did not contact me about anything (ei: out of stock or whatever). Moral of the story: If you need a product shipped to you in a timely matter, do not order from here. I have emailed them for a refund, because I tried calling and no answer. Hopefully, I have not inconvenience them by asking for a refund. :[

To be fair To be fair, my project was not a simple one. The cleaner will not remove all stains. Many stains remain after cleaning. I tried to cover stains with balm but balm only adds some color over the stains. The leather binder does not take the color the same as the leather. It leaves light spots. The biggest issue is after the color. The protection cream removes the color. Products might work for simple projects.
