I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with Staxx's handling of a critical financial error and the unacceptable level of customer service provided. An incorrect EIN led to the wrongful withholding of $6,388 from our funds, a mistake that demands immediate correction through your action, not merely by contacting the IRS as incorrectly advised by your team. The necessity for Staxx to amend this via IRS Form 945 and to process a corrected 1099 form underscores the critical role you play in resolving this error. This issue is compounded by the abysmal customer support experience. The absence of accessible, live support and the delayed, unhelpful email communication reflect a gross negligence towards customer care. This approach not only hinders timely resolution of urgent issues but also showcases a stark disregard for the impact on businesses relying on your services. Moreover, the experience of escalating fees without transparent communication further exemplifies the lack of respect for client relationships post-sale. This, combined with the inability to address critical financial discrepancies promptly, is unacceptable. Immediate demands include: Correct the EIN error and ensure the $6,388 is refunded promptly. Overhaul your customer service protocols to provide immediate, effective support. Conduct a transparent review and refund of unjustified fees. The resolution of these issues is non-negotiable. Staxx's failure to provide adequate support and manage financial transactions responsibly compels me to take further action if not addressed. stay away from this company stay away from this company, was great at the beginning and mysterious charges star appear in our statement. absolutely NO customer support that we can talk to. we have tried to cancel our account for several months without success. going to complain via BBB and hopefully they respond.

Stay Away! Payment Depot also know as Stax or… Payment Depot also know as Stax or Fattmerchant ... I cancelled my service months ago and have the signed cancellation form in my hand and they continue to charge me. They also did the bait and switch from the processing terms that I signed up for. Originally offering a very appealing competitive rate and then raising their fees, tacking on PCI Compliance fees, statistical package fees. Things that other companies include. Seriously? Charging me to get the stats of my account? Overall just a joke of a company and borderline fraudulent. STAY AWAY!

Not good for small business start ups… Not good for small business start ups that have not yet launched or experience delays in launching. The PCI verification is impossible in this situation and yet they will charge $74.99/moth taken directly from your bank account. You cannot manage your account online. No human being comes to the phone save the “Calling Service who are mere note takers. Because they set up your account linked to your bank account you cannot easily remove their tentacles from your bank account.

since stax aquired payment depo since stax acquired payment depo, I have hundreds in overcharges, no one calls me back, multiple emails have been ignored, downloading invoices and pci compliance do not work. I have been requesting to closed my account and refund overcharges since last week. Still nothing has been done. I encourage anyone else having these issue call Florida attorney general for help.
