Excellent Customer Support I have always received excellent customer support from their staff. This time is no exception. I was charged errorneously the monthly data fee when I activated my new device. Called their tech support and explained the problem. They reversed the charge and made sure it won't happen again. I have been a customer for over 4 years now. I would highly recommend Payment Depot.

Amazing Service and Employees We have been using Payment Depot for many years. Every employee I have dealt with has been really helpful and responds quickly to questions and problems. Recently a credit card processing company kept calling offering better rates, huge savings, etc., and would not leave us alone. After repeatedly telling them we were not interested in changing companies, our sales rep called the company and got them to stop calling us.

The changeover was quick and seamless The changeover was quick and seamless. Card Processing Machine was the latest model and brand new (not refurbished like some Merchant Service providers). And we are saving Money on processing fees versus our old processor. Deposits are quickly deposited into bank with no delays. I am satisfied with Payment Depot.

stay away from this company stay away from this company, was great at the beginning and mysterious charges star appear in our statement. absolutely NO customer support that we can talk to. we have tried to cancel our account for several months without success. going to complain via BBB and hopefully they respond.

Great Company w/ Great Service, but not one size fits all. Overall, this company helped us get going and started in the industry. As with most payment processors, we found other options that were better for our business. We have no complaints about service or otherwise operational complaints. I can’t really say we have any complaints of any kind as this is a great company. However, being a third party company does costs end users more. Going direct through First Data or Clover can save you in certain instances. But if you have a large volume business, then this might be the better fit.
