USPayment depot takes 48 hrs to deposit… Payment depot takes 48 hrs to deposit your money.They are cheaper than square but they suspend my account for no specific reason.They hold my money for a week sale then cut me from accepting credit cards.they ruin my business.called many times no specific reason and management risk need 48 hrs to get back to me.left many voicmail with calling back number and nothing. USAbsolutely the best rates Absolutely the best rates. Every time I get a cold call from another CC Processing Service, I tell them they are welcome to review my statements from Payment Depot and if they can beat their rates, I'd be interested to learn more. Then I send them copies of my statements and they never call us again. I've never really needed customer service, as nothing has gone wrong, but the few times I've reached out they've been very prompt in responding.

ITIntegrity, straight forward credit card processing I recently contacted Payment Depot and spoke at length with their representative (Kyle). In this day and age, it is rare to engage a business which places integrity about profit. The 2 can easily go hand-in-hand, and should (IMHO). Their pricing structure is completely up-front. I have owned my own businesses for some 50 years and the credit card merchant processing industry can be notoriously deceptive. Payment Depot's flat fee approach is the way to go when your business merits it.

USCan you be a fan of a credit card processor? I had an honestly great experience getting set up and over the first couple months working with Payment Depot so far. Our account manager Rebecca reached out early and helped through the setup process. We've changed credit card processors a few times in the last several years. It's not enjoyable, but Payment Depot made it as painless as I've ever experienced or could reasonably expect. Their rates are substantially lower than any of our previous vendors, and they charge the fees in the most transparent way I've seen. It makes accounting for the fees upfront, and logging them on the backend easier. It saves us extra work we didn't really think about before. All around making the switch to Payment Depot has been a huge plus for us.

USGreat Company w/ Great Service, but not one size fits all. Overall, this company helped us get going and started in the industry. As with most payment processors, we found other options that were better for our business. We have no complaints about service or otherwise operational complaints. I can’t really say we have any complaints of any kind as this is a great company. However, being a third party company does costs end users more. Going direct through First Data or Clover can save you in certain instances. But if you have a large volume business, then this might be the better fit.
