GBSamsara is GREAT! Our company used to have only GPS's in our company vehicles, but we decided to move forward with having dashcams in all company vehicles. the transition has been super easy thanks to Jordan, who has been taking care of us every step of the way. The system provides so much more than just the dashcams. Our drivers have improved their driving habits since installing. Samsara has been really great, and they are always available if you need help with the system which is very beneficial.

GBCharged $27k after termination Samsara is very good at technology, but extremely poor at customer services. Before you sign - they are the nicest. After you sign the contract - expect MONTHS until your request/issue is solved. We had a renewal in January, and I had some issues that had to be fixed. I was promised someone would call me, but 3 months later - we just moved to another carrier. No one has reached out as of today. And I emailed Samsara every week! They kept on charging now, even if we no longer use their services - $27k !!! Unbelievable. They shouldn't be allowed to do business in the United States.

GBQuick resolution to most issues Quick resolution to most issues user friendly dashboard great features. You can only review camera data that is classified as a harsh event after 24 hours. I would like to be able to retrieve regular driving events for training purposes. Also, on two occasions the system has gone down causing data not to be pulled accurately.

BABest thing about the Samsara is the… Best thing about the Samsara is the simplicity when it comes to onboarding and everything else. It is truly amazing how in a short time all of us were able to get used to and use Samsara to the fullest to improve our businesses.
