GBCustomer Service Customer Service! For us nothing is more important than good customer service. This is why we switched to Samsara. Out previous Telematics provider had terrible support after the sale. Samsara has shown us amazing support throughout the entire process.

GBQuick resolution to most issues Quick resolution to most issues user friendly dashboard great features. You can only review camera data that is classified as a harsh event after 24 hours. I would like to be able to retrieve regular driving events for training purposes. Also, on two occasions the system has gone down causing data not to be pulled accurately.

GBHuge Thanks to Samsara I would have to say the best part of Samsara is the team that is there to help you set up the system to work for you and your company. April helped a ton, would call me weekly, email and just make sure I didn't need anything, and of course I always did because a new system like this can be overwhelming, but I would give you guys an A+ on making us not feel too overwhelmed and helping us step by step Other than that, just a few things to note. Our first week we caught 1 driver idling for 2 hours... huge money saver. We have since caught several others idling, using vehicle for personal use, trying to be deceptive, but us having proof now that Samsara is around. Geofence, oil change, idling, etc. all these notifications are helping manage our fleet from the comfort of our desk :)

GBService and Quality that is unsurpassed!!! We set out to complete a transition from one system to Samsara and be fully operational within 45 days. Samsara's onboarding team and technical support allowed us to be 100% complete with our CMV fleet in 32 days and we were at 70% of our light fleet by day 51. The system is an awesome tool to: 1- stay compliant, 2- improve driver behavior on the road and on location, and 3- identify potential high-risk drivers in a timely and efficient manner BEFORE someone has a bad incident.
