Samsara is GREAT! Our company used to have only GPS's in our company vehicles, but we decided to move forward with having dashcams in all company vehicles. the transition has been super easy thanks to Jordan, who has been taking care of us every step of the way. The system provides so much more than just the dashcams. Our drivers have improved their driving habits since installing. Samsara has been really great, and they are always available if you need help with the system which is very beneficial.

Charged $27k after termination Samsara is very good at technology, but extremely poor at customer services. Before you sign - they are the nicest. After you sign the contract - expect MONTHS until your request/issue is solved. We had a renewal in January, and I had some issues that had to be fixed. I was promised someone would call me, but 3 months later - we just moved to another carrier. No one has reached out as of today. And I emailed Samsara every week! They kept on charging now, even if we no longer use their services - $27k !!! Unbelievable. They shouldn't be allowed to do business in the United States.

Customer Service Lacks Great customer service when you do the demos and great sales pitch. Once you've signed up you get absolutely no response from anyone for any further help unless you want to order something. Good luck trying to return a wrong product - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I like the overall format of the app, I like the overall format of the app, There are a few Glitches, like the annoying violation pop up is really unnecessary, Also Maybe in the long term foreseeable future adding a AI version of the app. If you guys were to accomplish a Ai that could just get me short cuts to the back ups in traffic or even help me maneuver threw LOS ANGELS TRAFFIC during rush hour that would allow me cut arrival time even by a little bit to get more done in my day that would be a good dream!

invasion of privacy This is another way to put every second of my life on display for others.. it’s an absolute invasion of privacy and leading to multiple people quitting the job of selling roofs.. I don’t care how much you save on insurance is it worth the constant turnover ? This is used for disciplinary purposes talking on the phone while you drive is now a fire able offense lol
