Customer Service Lacks Great customer service when you do the demos and great sales pitch. Once you've signed up you get absolutely no response from anyone for any further help unless you want to order something. Good luck trying to return a wrong product - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Customization for Your Fleet Samsara has a lot of features that allow you to create your fleet needs in a very customizable platform. Don’t be overwhelmed by the many features just ignore the ones you don’t need and then you may find yourself adding or utilizing more as needed in the future. Michaela Casey did a wonderful job navigating us through all the start up and settings and educating us about many important features of the software that we are already using and benefiting from.

From our first intial conversations… From our first intial conversations with Joey and his crew we felt the samsara team had our company's safety interests at heart. Our camera systems have been well received by our drivers and they are already showing results since install. For example one of our guys was involved in hitting a deer in rural Montana and the camera recorded the whole event from hard braking to initial impact etc. No one was hurt other then the deer but we had instant feed back for our insurance carrier and the officer on site. I like the overall format of the app, I like the overall format of the app, There are a few Glitches, like the annoying violation pop up is really unnecessary, Also Maybe in the long term foreseeable future adding a AI version of the app. If you guys were to accomplish a Ai that could just get me short cuts to the back ups in traffic or even help me maneuver threw LOS ANGELS TRAFFIC during rush hour that would allow me cut arrival time even by a little bit to get more done in my day that would be a good dream!

Service and Quality that is unsurpassed!!! We set out to complete a transition from one system to Samsara and be fully operational within 45 days. Samsara's onboarding team and technical support allowed us to be 100% complete with our CMV fleet in 32 days and we were at 70% of our light fleet by day 51. The system is an awesome tool to: 1- stay compliant, 2- improve driver behavior on the road and on location, and 3- identify potential high-risk drivers in a timely and efficient manner BEFORE someone has a bad incident.
