This might be a great product, but......I will never know First let me state that I believe by the looks of this product is great. But that is as far as I can go "I believe". These ELD's were recommended by a retired Texas State Trooper. I am a start up company with one truck as of now. I reached out to them and received a call. The young lady told me that I would have to use the self serve option on the web store because I would only be purchasing one. The web store did not answer my questions. I needed to speak to someone in sales that could answer my questions. Her response "Sir I don't make the rules". Well then, I will just move along to the next company that will provide some sort of human interaction. So much for the little guy. I will never recommend Samsara to anyone. No sarcastic reply needed Samsara

Service and Quality that is unsurpassed!!! We set out to complete a transition from one system to Samsara and be fully operational within 45 days. Samsara's onboarding team and technical support allowed us to be 100% complete with our CMV fleet in 32 days and we were at 70% of our light fleet by day 51. The system is an awesome tool to: 1- stay compliant, 2- improve driver behavior on the road and on location, and 3- identify potential high-risk drivers in a timely and efficient manner BEFORE someone has a bad incident. Best & Easiest Vehicle Camera System Samsara has been seamless to implement into our transit system. It's easy to use and intuitive. The trial we had in 5 vehicles proved how well the system works. Technology changes so quickly and with Samsara, we always have the latest and greatest products as part of our contract.

Customization for Your Fleet Samsara has a lot of features that allow you to create your fleet needs in a very customizable platform. Don’t be overwhelmed by the many features just ignore the ones you don’t need and then you may find yourself adding or utilizing more as needed in the future. Michaela Casey did a wonderful job navigating us through all the start up and settings and educating us about many important features of the software that we are already using and benefiting from.
