GBFrom our first intial conversations… From our first intial conversations with Joey and his crew we felt the samsara team had our company's safety interests at heart. Our camera systems have been well received by our drivers and they are already showing results since install. For example one of our guys was involved in hitting a deer in rural Montana and the camera recorded the whole event from hard braking to initial impact etc. No one was hurt other then the deer but we had instant feed back for our insurance carrier and the officer on site. CACustomer Service Lacks Great customer service when you do the demos and great sales pitch. Once you've signed up you get absolutely no response from anyone for any further help unless you want to order something. Good luck trying to return a wrong product - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

GBAll of my questions were answered… All of my questions were answered during the business review. I am already happy with the capabilities of the samsara dashboard and camera system. I'm glad that we will be able to integrate multiple cameras into the gateways now.

GBHuge Thanks to Samsara I would have to say the best part of Samsara is the team that is there to help you set up the system to work for you and your company. April helped a ton, would call me weekly, email and just make sure I didn't need anything, and of course I always did because a new system like this can be overwhelming, but I would give you guys an A+ on making us not feel too overwhelmed and helping us step by step Other than that, just a few things to note. Our first week we caught 1 driver idling for 2 hours... huge money saver. We have since caught several others idling, using vehicle for personal use, trying to be deceptive, but us having proof now that Samsara is around. Geofence, oil change, idling, etc. all these notifications are helping manage our fleet from the comfort of our desk :)

GBHands down the best product on the… Hands down the best product on the market. So far ahead they have no competition. Also, the easiest to install and activate. 100% backed up by a support team that are experts. Everyone on the team I've had contact with is capable of handling anything, there are no weaknesses. Two Members that stand out and Shine are Mark Howard who single handedly closed the deal, answered questions all hours of the day and night 7 days a week. And Camille Whittaker made sure there were no transition struggles. In the remote chance you experience an issue there is a network of product support methods and whichever route you take leads you to a person that take ownership of the problem, customer first even when the customer is wrong. -Fleet Manager, Clearwater Florida
