Don’t be overwhelmed by the many features just ignore the ones you don’t need and then you may find yourself adding or utilizing more as needed in the future. Michaela Casey did a wonderful job navigating us through all the start up and settings and educating us about many important features of the software that we are already using and benefiting from.

This might be a great product, but......I will never know First let me state that I believe by the looks of this product is great. But that is as far as I can go "I believe". These ELD's were recommended by a retired Texas State Trooper. I am a start up company with one truck as of now. I reached out to them and received a call. The young lady told me that I would have to use the self serve option on the web store because I would only be purchasing one. The web store did not answer my questions. I needed to speak to someone in sales that could answer my questions. Her response "Sir I don't make the rules". Well then, I will just move along to the next company that will provide some sort of human interaction. So much for the little guy. I will never recommend Samsara to anyone.
