GBQuick resolution to most issues Quick resolution to most issues user friendly dashboard great features. You can only review camera data that is classified as a harsh event after 24 hours. I would like to be able to retrieve regular driving events for training purposes. Also, on two occasions the system has gone down causing data not to be pulled accurately.

GBThis might be a great product, but......I will never know First let me state that I believe by the looks of this product is great. But that is as far as I can go "I believe". These ELD's were recommended by a retired Texas State Trooper. I am a start up company with one truck as of now. I reached out to them and received a call. The young lady told me that I would have to use the self serve option on the web store because I would only be purchasing one. The web store did not answer my questions. I needed to speak to someone in sales that could answer my questions. Her response "Sir I don't make the rules". Well then, I will just move along to the next company that will provide some sort of human interaction. So much for the little guy. I will never recommend Samsara to anyone. GBI like the overall format of the app, I like the overall format of the app, There are a few Glitches, like the annoying violation pop up is really unnecessary, Also Maybe in the long term foreseeable future adding a AI version of the app. If you guys were to accomplish a Ai that could just get me short cuts to the back ups in traffic or even help me maneuver threw LOS ANGELS TRAFFIC during rush hour that would allow me cut arrival time even by a little bit to get more done in my day that would be a good dream!

GBinvasion of privacy This is another way to put every second of my life on display for others.. it’s an absolute invasion of privacy and leading to multiple people quitting the job of selling roofs.. I don’t care how much you save on insurance is it worth the constant turnover ? This is used for disciplinary purposes talking on the phone while you drive is now a fire able offense lol

CACustomer Service Lacks Great customer service when you do the demos and great sales pitch. Once you've signed up you get absolutely no response from anyone for any further help unless you want to order something. Good luck trying to return a wrong product - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
