This might be a great product, but......I will never know First let me state that I believe by the looks of this product is great. But that is as far as I can go "I believe". These ELD's were recommended by a retired Texas State Trooper. I am a start up company with one truck as of now. I reached out to them and received a call. The young lady told me that I would have to use the self serve option on the web store because I would only be purchasing one. The web store did not answer my questions. I needed to speak to someone in sales that could answer my questions. Her response "Sir I don't make the rules". Well then, I will just move along to the next company that will provide some sort of human interaction. So much for the little guy. I will never recommend Samsara to anyone. Quick resolution to most issues Quick resolution to most issues user friendly dashboard great features. You can only review camera data that is classified as a harsh event after 24 hours. I would like to be able to retrieve regular driving events for training purposes. Also, on two occasions the system has gone down causing data not to be pulled accurately.

All of my questions were answered… All of my questions were answered during the business review. I am already happy with the capabilities of the samsara dashboard and camera system. I'm glad that we will be able to integrate multiple cameras into the gateways now.

It’s really good but when try to cancel… It’s really good but when try to cancel they never do and keep bugging your wallet not recommended stay away .

Just simply having the capability of… Just simply having the capability of seeing activity on the buses are great. I wish there was a "live" feature bc drivers usually only catch about 20% of bad behavior, and if I can help watch from my office and call out the behavior as its witnessed, i think most kids wont think they can get away with it.
