Lock pin jams and will not engage. I had an initial problem with the light. It did not stay securely in the unit and it did not fit well, making it hard to shut the shelf. The light contact switch also broke loose inside the battery compartment. Next the hinge hardware came loose, so there was a lot of slop in the fit. I could not adjust it. Finally, the lock pin would not engage/disengage, so it became impossible to shut the shelf. I tried realignment, disassembly/reassembly, nothing worked. I think the shelf opened and closed about 5-6 times before it failed.

poor customer service Poor customer service. Missing magnet for the shelf and you would think it was gold. Had to take a picture of the box, then they sent an e-mail asking if I was sure it wasn't in the box. Also the directions for installation was very bad and the only help was by youtube users who posted info about installation. Overall pick a different company.

Wood Quality is awesome Wood Quality is awesome, my favorite is the mirror. Big yet looks normal. The tables are wonder edition to my bed room. Picture version in my office. Flag is over fireplace. I love these hide a Ways! I even hid silver in one of my shelves. Excellent suppory!
