Tactical Trap Technical Support is the Best I owned my Tactical Trap shelf for MANY years before I had any issues with the mechanism. I contacted Tactical Traps and Bree returned my email shortly thereafter. It was a quick reset of the system; a set of new batteries and I was back in business. The support for their system has been amazing and I appreciate an American Company that stands behind their product, not just when you make the purchase but for years thereafter! Thank you

I love my Tactical Traps! I have my 4th Tactical Traps unit on order, each one different for my various needs around my home. They keep coming up with just what I need. Their customer service is very accommodating, they even did the top of my table in the natural wood color with a clear coat, to match my nearby furniture. My 3 kids each have at least 1 Tactical Traps unit in their homes, too! Keep up the good work Tactical Traps!
