I contacted the customer service department and indicated my displeasure and that I would like to send the unit back and order another smaller one! After discussing this and then having it checked out and approved I returned the first unit (at my expense) and ordered what I wanted to for a new order and I have received this unit and its great, arrived with what I asked for and they refunded me the difference between the two!
