I contacted Tactical Traps and Bree returned my email shortly thereafter. It was a quick reset of the system; a set of new batteries and I was back in business. poor customer service Poor customer service. Missing magnet for the shelf and you would think it was gold. Had to take a picture of the box, then they sent an e-mail asking if I was sure it wasn't in the box. Also the directions for installation was very bad and the only help was by youtube users who posted info about installation. Overall pick a different company.
