The sales person was very helpful and we were able to quickly find a carpet that met our needs and was available in the time frame we needed it in. The installation was done to meet our schedule which was very helpful since we had multiple projects going on. The installers were excellent. They were very conscientious -- in removing the old carpet, installing the new with no seams showing and in cleaning up after.

GBMy experience working with ICC … My experience working with ICC Restoration Project Manager, Chris as well as his flooring rep from Carpet One, josh. We the best. Took the time to explain the process, the differences. Chris’s knowledge was excellent and always willing to answer anything or explain the policy or process Did what they could to make our water damage as easy for us to handle as possible. Chris kept in great contact and any questions or issues I had we’re dealt with by him and always he always kept me updated or in the loop. Chris and the company’s he works with have made our experience dealing with water damage, and insurance claim much easier than if our experience wasn’t so great.

GBExcellent "hand-holding" sales support from Josh! We were long-time renters (meaning, no recent experiences with buying flooring) prior to recently becoming homeowners. After checking out carpet and LVT options at the big box home stores, stopped in Bloomington Carpet One pretty much on a whim, and found their no-pressure but friendly and attentive selling style very comfortable. Josh Loren was extremely patient and gave us quote after quote as we went through numerous design iterations. We ended up doing two carpet installations through BC1, and both were handled promptly and professionally. Well done!

GBCarpet was measured incorrectly + other problems Carpet was measured incorrectly - Time to install delayed. Date was set to install later - E mail the day before said, "sorry it will be a week later." Store manager was slow to answer my calls. Very little coordination between employees. Poorly managed store - Recommend people shop elsewhere for carpet.
