Second time with Carpet One of Bloomington We worked with a wonderful sales associate, Lyn. He helped find carpet close to the color we had used a few years earlier. We were able to request the same installer, Jesus. He did a great job installing our new carpet. Carpet One was kind enough to keep our carpet when it arrived until we had finished remodeling the room where it was going to be installed. We are very satisfied with the carpet and Carpet One.

Installation didn't occur according to … Installation didn't occur according to the plan laid out and what we paid for prior to installation. The installer decided the previous layers of vinyl didn't need to be removed so now there is a 1.5 in. transition from our dinning room and family rooms to the kitchen.

The salesperson was great. The salesperson was great.! Little confusion the day of installation with carpet installers but quickly resolved with phone call back to the office. LVT flooring installers were great!! Too many carpet seems in well seen places in living room- only complaint. Quality of carpet and LVT is nice.
