The installer decided the previous layers of vinyl didn't need to be removed so now there is a 1.5 in. transition from our dinning room and family rooms to the kitchen.

For the cost, quality, and craftsmanship of the product Carpet One has for the consumer, this is an easy decision. We love our new carpet and will be using Carpet One for future purchases.

Bloomington Carpet One was helpful, had good stock choices, was reasonably priced and got our installation done within a few days! Botched install We ordered luxury vinyl. Carpet One laid a new subfloor and the vinyl bubbled up on the subfloor seams. Looks really bad and getting worse as time goes on. They couldn't seem to fix it no matter what they did. We really had to get back into the room so we accepted the floor as is and received a $700 discount which seemed reasonable at the time. We had no idea that the problem would worsten over time. Looks so bad that our guests even make remarks thinking it was a botched do it yourself project of mine. I always tell them that Carpet One did the install. We have other luxury vinyl floors that we have had no problem with with other installers.
