There were many choices in floor… There were many choices in floor coverings. The staff at the store were good to work with and offered good advice. The installers were on time and did a terrific job.

Carpet One has been nothing but great … Carpet One has been nothing but great to our homebuilding company and to our clients. The service is great on the front end, (we love the service the interior designer provides!) and if there is ever a warranty issue, they are really responsive. The thing I appreciate the most is that the owners are just really good humans - you always know they are going to strive to do the right thing every time -!

Don't buy anything from Carpet One Don't buy anything from Carpet One! I've made the same mistake for the third and last time. They screw every order up and, don't stand behind their products and services and never follow-up. The owners are the culprits and set the culture. They can't even keep good help.

This is the fourth time I've used … This is the fourth time I've used products from Carpet One. While their suppliers tend to drop a product without notifying them, they have always made sure I was happy with the product and always willing to provide guidance and advice. For example, we had purchased two rooms of vinyl flooring from them and went back for the same flooring to do another room. When we went in to buy the additional flooring, we found the type we needed had been discontinued. The manager found us a flooring that was almost identical and told us if we were unhappy with how the original and the new flooring went together, he'd replace all of it at no charge. That's customer service!

Jessica went the extra mile We got the overall look for the kitchen in just an hour together at Carpet One and I used that 3-d design as I planned the house. Over the following months. we worked by email (I live 220 miles away) and she was so accommodating, offering options as price vs. features had me vacillating back and forth. Bottom line, Jessica was so professional and I am so excited about the results for the hub of the home. Plus my laundry room is going to be so efficient and beautiful, thanks to her eye and attention to detail.
