Snafu with great end results... We just recently purchased flooring for entire basement. We chose LVT to meet our budget and needs for durability. Our salesman was very prompt, cordial, respectful and expidited the ordering and scheduling for install. However, after installers removed entire family room discovered a problem with door jams and baseboard that was not detected when sold to us. The installer first said we could replace all door jams and wider baseboards but that added to a great expense of labor and material that we did not feel comfortable with. The store managers were very prompt in coming out and helped us access the solution and we did have them install the hard surface we had bought but unfortunately for us, we had to buy new baseboards, paint and install ourselves. We were very happy with the installers. They arrived at 8:00 and worked not stop. I really appreciated the care they showed for our home. The end result was beautiful!

Don't buy anything from Carpet One Don't buy anything from Carpet One! I've made the same mistake for the third and last time. They screw every order up and, don't stand behind their products and services and never follow-up. The owners are the culprits and set the culture. They can't even keep good help.

It took from November until the middle … It took from November until the middle of March to get a job done.

Carpet One has been nothing but great … Carpet One has been nothing but great to our homebuilding company and to our clients. The service is great on the front end, (we love the service the interior designer provides!) and if there is ever a warranty issue, they are really responsive. The thing I appreciate the most is that the owners are just really good humans - you always know they are going to strive to do the right thing every time -!

Top Notch! I am thrilled with all of the carpet, wood, & tile flooring in our new home! Love the my tile shower & kitchen backsplash too! The materials and installation are awesome.
