Top Notch! I am thrilled with all of the carpet, wood, & tile flooring in our new home! Love the my tile shower & kitchen backsplash too! The materials and installation are awesome. I would have rated them 5 stars except … I would have rated them 5 stars except no one has ever checked back with us to see if everything turned out good. There would be a couple of minor finishing touches to touch up, but when the carpet layers finished, they left and that was the end of any communication.

We love our floors and the great… We love our floors and the great service we got at Carpet One! 25 yrs ago they put carpet on the main floor and about five years ago put carpet in our basement. Last Saturday they completed a job installing wood laminate in all rooms on main floor with the exception of the bathroom. We love the new flooring! Scott, Ashley, and Jordan did a wonderful job!

Do more research next time Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable on products. Gave good advice on what to use. The installation of the flooring went good and looks nice. The transition pieces were not ordered and took an extra month for them. The base boards had to be redone. I paid to have them removed and reinstalled. After removing them they were no good. Not their fault. I bought new ones for them to install. They looked terrible, did not angle the corners. When I asked why ,they said that is not standard practice. That's funny because the old ones were and so is the rest of the house. They were replaced at there cost. The installation was contracted out and not done by carpet one employees. At one point I was told I had to contact the subcontractor, I did it once. The next time I said I am paying carpet one, you set it up and get back to me. Would I use Carpet One again??? Even though everything turned out good in the end, I would do more research on other companies before going back.

Job well done I was very pleased working with Robbie in Billings store, she was knowledgeable about the carpet products and helped me select something in my price range. The installation was quick and the installers cleaned everything up. The carpet is on a curved stairway and it looks wonderful. My only complaint was a few wall dings that needed paint touchup.
