Great family owned company recently had FTCO replace our old linoleum bathroom floors with tile. I have to say I was blown away with them from start to finish. Showroom is great, so many colors and styles to select from, Jeff helped us make a great selection and the installations was perfect. Vern came by to inspect the job and Anthony helped out with the design. A well run family operation, they are great!

What a wonderful business that doesn't settle! Franklin Tile & Carpet is a fabulous company to work with in every way. They are perfectionists in the quality of their work, reasonably priced and family owned. We had a small glitch in our installation and the owner himself was here within 15 minutes to resolve- based on a question- no need for complaining, confrontation or stress. We'll never work with anyone else!

Nice People. Good Service. I am a tough customer. I know what I want and I want it done right. Franklin Tile and Carpet One were a pleasure. Their selection was the best around. They had more of the high end carpet that I was looking for which was great but also made it harder to choose. They were precise with their measurements and the installation went flawlessly. It was a difficult carpet to install as it had a vertical pattern but the installers sent by Carpet one were experienced. I would recommend this company to anyone who is picky.

Good Selection and Sales but install experience leaves a lot to be desired First I'll start with their installers are sub-contractors, so they are not directly to blame, however, here's the story. We bought an entire house of flooring from them and the install. the carpet install went well enough but they only worked half days so the install took two days instead of one. The entire first floor was to be Vinyl Plank and was too take three days to complete. The day before they were supposed to start and we had cleared most of our stuff out, they called and said they couldn't keep their schedule and needed to bump us a week. So we had to wait a week. The day the installer was supposed to come to start they missed the two hour window by an hour and a half. When they finally arrived they said they would try and get the job done in 4 days not three. It ended up taking 5 days. Throughout the process I have been trying to get a hold of the sales person we worked with about minor issues and the lateness but they have never returned my phone calls. I have a few minor issues with the carpet install (loose in places) the Vinyl Plank looks great but should never have taken as long as it did. We need trim to match but I am considering going elsewhere to buy it because of how poorly they managed their subcontractors

Luxury Vinyl kitchen floor All the people at Franklin Tile Carpet One are extremely friendly, patient, and most of all, knowledgeable about floors. They worked with me on my new kitchen floor, and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the process. The installers did a beautiful job, and were worth every penny. I am very picky, so they met my every expectation! I would definitely choose Franklin Tile and Carpet again for any flooring needs, and recommend them to anyone!!
