Great job on my new tile bath floors Great job on my new tile bath floors, very professional job and love the tile. The installers were very professional and got the job done so quickly. Did all the tile cutting outside and were very neat. The second job was 3 rooms of carpeting and a staircase. I love the Lee carpeting, it has a short pile but is shaded so it looks longer. Very plush when walking on it. The installers were very good, John did a wonderful job and especially on the staircase. Both installers were very nice and very professional.

A competent, consultative sales person A highly regarded contractor, Mr Tom Norton, suggested that we use Franklin Tile. We visited Franklin Tile and fortunately we were helped by Kathryn Cahill. Kathryn is an excellent consultative sales person who brings a strong sense of design and harmony to the task of picking out the right tile that will fit the existing decor; with so many choices the task is overwhelming ..We were very lucky to have Kathryn guide us through the many steps in making our final decision. We have recommended Franklin tile to our neighbors whom I know have done business with your company....

Good Selection and Sales but install experience leaves a lot to be desired First I'll start with their installers are sub-contractors, so they are not directly to blame, however, here's the story. We bought an entire house of flooring from them and the install. the carpet install went well enough but they only worked half days so the install took two days instead of one. The entire first floor was to be Vinyl Plank and was too take three days to complete. The day before they were supposed to start and we had cleared most of our stuff out, they called and said they couldn't keep their schedule and needed to bump us a week. So we had to wait a week. The day the installer was supposed to come to start they missed the two hour window by an hour and a half. When they finally arrived they said they would try and get the job done in 4 days not three. It ended up taking 5 days. Throughout the process I have been trying to get a hold of the sales person we worked with about minor issues and the lateness but they have never returned my phone calls. I have a few minor issues with the carpet install (loose in places) the Vinyl Plank looks great but should never have taken as long as it did. We need trim to match but I am considering going elsewhere to buy it because of how poorly they managed their subcontractors

Great Company, Great People I have nothing but praise for Anthony and the Franklin Team. They have now completed several commercial carpeting and ceramic tile projects for my company. They have come in consistently under budget and ahead of schedule. They do quality work at competitive prices. I highly recommend Franklin tile.

Very happy! My decorator steered me to Franklin Tile and Carpet One. Bernie was very helpful in keeping the cost reasonable, but choosing good looking carpets. The installers were extremely professional and very neat. They did a great job and we are thrilled with our new carpet. We can't wait to do our bathrooms over and will certainly be using Franklin Tile and Carpet One as they have in extensive selection of both trendy and timeless tile.
