New flooring yesterday! Thank you Carpet One! I have never done a google review before. I am motivated to do so today! We had new flooring installed yesterday and are just so completely satisfied. It was really refreshing to work with this group of people! Janelle patiently kept following up with us on different things and made many timely phone calls to us and on our behalf. The installers yesterday were terrific! They very kindly answered last minute questions, stopping what they were doing to really listen and respond. They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. Everything looks great!! I would definitely recommend Carpet One of Rochester!

Professional and Caring… My experience with Carpet One in Spartanburg , SC was fantastic. Peton greeted us in the store, helped us with the flooring we wanted. Came out thta day and did the measurements, and I had an estimate within 24 hours. Matthew and his team showed up right on scheduled time to lay flooring, him and his team were great, non-stop work with a beautiful results. I will definitely be using Carpet One in Spartanburg, SC again.

Campbell River Branch: truly awful Campbell River, BC; I won compensation from these people after they did an absolutely appalling job on my flooring. They basically stopped taking my calls when I voiced my concerns so I took legal advice. During my research in setting up the case with the Lawyer, I was staggered at the amount of people who had issues with them - people involved in every aspect of the flooring industry. Avoid.

paid 6k for wool carpet for small 3… paid 6k for wool carpet for small 3 bed house from the ellerslie /pakuranga frachise, the carpet that gets sun has gone rotten and is falling apart, they came and had a look and said its not covered, warning dont buy wool carpet! it also faded colour.

Boatman Carpet One We used Ken at the Boatman location (Cypress, TX) and were very impressed with his knowledge of different materials as well as his willingness to find a way to work within our price range. Ken made the process so easy, answering all of our questions and being available with updates throughout the process. We were very impressed with how quickly they got the job done. The final product was absolutely gorgeous! We love our new floors and the fact that there wasn't as huge mess to clean up after the fact.
