New flooring yesterday! Thank you Carpet One! I have never done a google review before. I am motivated to do so today! We had new flooring installed yesterday and are just so completely satisfied. It was really refreshing to work with this group of people! Janelle patiently kept following up with us on different things and made many timely phone calls to us and on our behalf. The installers yesterday were terrific! They very kindly answered last minute questions, stopping what they were doing to really listen and respond. They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. Everything looks great!! I would definitely recommend Carpet One of Rochester!

Did not Choose Carpet One, but still impressed Top notch company. Although we did not do business with Carpet One, they provided us an estimate and would have been very pleased to have used them for our hard wood flooring needs. Everything was very professional and from the initial contact all the way to the point we informed them we were going with someone else. Will definitely give them future opportunities to earn our business.

FABULOUS FLOORING! We recently renovated our kitchen and purchased the flooring from Carpet One. We had shopped many many places and Carpet one by far had the best service and probably the best selection. Friendly, helpful, stress free and competitive pricing. No hassle to take samples home to try and ordering was quick and simple. They co-ordinated the delivery to work with our schedule. The floor looks amazing!

Buyer beware with Carpet One Buyer beware with Carpet One of Merritt Island Florida for breach of contract and horrible service!! Owner Jeff Kidd refused to provide his service warranty in writing after contract signed and deposit paid. Cancels work days before installation. File complaint with HQ and they provide very little help. After conversations with others, this company does not stand behind their work! Many complaints!!
