The delivery of laminate flooring took about 10 business days. When we got it, laminate floor looked darker than picture, so we’re placing in basement office instead. I would suggest to take sample home. The sales representatives did offer some sort of exchange deal but we couldn’t find anything in same color shading match. I would recommend them.

I worked with Deana with Carpet One in… I worked with Deana with Carpet One in Fort Walton Beach. My sellers townhome was under contract and new flooring needed to be put in uptairs. I initially called 3 flooring companies, 1 no showed, another one was thru the roof in price with Carpet One being the most reasonble. Deana was communicative, came out to the home on several occasions to see how everything was going and kept me and my seller in the loop daily. Excellent professional, quality and installation of beautiful wood floors Carpet One installed oak parquet wood floors throughout my whole house. They did an excellent job, taking their time to level the floor to insure the wood was laid properly. This was a big job with a room needing major leveling. They were professional and respectful. It took longer to install because they cared about doing an excellent job. My love my beautiful floors. Gene Fischer was always available for questions, inspected their work and explained proper care of my new floors.

New flooring yesterday! Thank you Carpet One! I have never done a google review before. I am motivated to do so today! We had new flooring installed yesterday and are just so completely satisfied. It was really refreshing to work with this group of people! Janelle patiently kept following up with us on different things and made many timely phone calls to us and on our behalf. The installers yesterday were terrific! They very kindly answered last minute questions, stopping what they were doing to really listen and respond. They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. Everything looks great!! I would definitely recommend Carpet One of Rochester!
