By far the best carpet dealer we have ever dealt with. We have had bathroom linoleum, kitchen linoleum, and one room carpeting installed by Carpet One and were always satisfied. Most recently we had carpeting installed throughout our entire home. Guests constantly remark how nice the carpet looks. We walk around and it feels like we're in a luxury hotel. The installers were so accomodating and professional and were a pleasure to deal with as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our flooring needs.

I worked with Deana with Carpet One in… I worked with Deana with Carpet One in Fort Walton Beach. My sellers townhome was under contract and new flooring needed to be put in uptairs. I initially called 3 flooring companies, 1 no showed, another one was thru the roof in price with Carpet One being the most reasonble. Deana was communicative, came out to the home on several occasions to see how everything was going and kept me and my seller in the loop daily. Campbell River Branch: truly awful Campbell River, BC; I won compensation from these people after they did an absolutely appalling job on my flooring. They basically stopped taking my calls when I voiced my concerns so I took legal advice. During my research in setting up the case with the Lawyer, I was staggered at the amount of people who had issues with them - people involved in every aspect of the flooring industry. Avoid.

Buyer beware with Carpet One Buyer beware with Carpet One of Merritt Island Florida for breach of contract and horrible service!! Owner Jeff Kidd refused to provide his service warranty in writing after contract signed and deposit paid. Cancels work days before installation. File complaint with HQ and they provide very little help. After conversations with others, this company does not stand behind their work! Many complaints!! Never again! We used them because they promised delivery by a certain date since we were having company for the summer.we selected a sale carpet because it would be available. We called prior to delivery date to confirm.everything ok. AT Last Minute......carpet not available!!!!!! They substituted cheaper quality!! We had no choice!!!! Never again!!!!!
