Boatman Carpet One We used Ken at the Boatman location (Cypress, TX) and were very impressed with his knowledge of different materials as well as his willingness to find a way to work within our price range. Ken made the process so easy, answering all of our questions and being available with updates throughout the process. We were very impressed with how quickly they got the job done. The final product was absolutely gorgeous! We love our new floors and the fact that there wasn't as huge mess to clean up after the fact.

Awful. I was completely disappointed after trying to communicate with Marty. She did not return my phone calls, did not write down the details from our conversations to refer back to, and ultimately told me that a certain carpet would be in the price range we had discussed and then went on to quote me a price WAY higher than we had talked about. She was rude and did not take the time to correct her mistakes. I am thankful I did not end up using Carpet One.

Did not Choose Carpet One, but still impressed Top notch company. Although we did not do business with Carpet One, they provided us an estimate and would have been very pleased to have used them for our hard wood flooring needs. Everything was very professional and from the initial contact all the way to the point we informed them we were going with someone else. Will definitely give them future opportunities to earn our business.
