USNew kitchen floor Our new floor is really nice but the installers were very irresponsible. They were over two hours late arriving, in the process of installation put gouges in the walls all around the room more than a foot higher than the floor! Warren himself came to inspect damage and said it wasn't their fault but he would fix it. On repair date same guys showed up FIVE hours late and claimed someone did the damage to make them look bad but no one was there between the time they left and 45 minutes later when we showed up to check their work before making final payment. They bought the same paint that was used on walls to fix them and said they just paid 90 dollars for it when I knew for a fact that it's only 50,less if on sale! We have used Wardens in the past but after this experience we will go elsewhere for carpet and flooring needs. With regard to owner response below, your discount offer should have been made on this purchase not on a future one. Would have gone a long way in changing our decision not to do business with your company in the future. As sorry as we were about the death of one of your installers, we think your replacements were completely irresponsible both in the initial install and in the repair of damages they caused.

USBad customer service Installer did not have strip for end of carpet to hall, said he thought looked better. He thought he broke a closet door, said he wasn't supposed to take door down. Found part after he left not broken just fell off.
