USThank you Warren's! Love my carpet. I swear you can feel the padding with every step in a floating on a cloud kind of way. My young kids love it. It's our new favorite room in the house, which was my goal before installing. I also love that I bought the carpet and they were able to install the next day though they had no issue waiting until I was ready 3 weeks later.

USGreat service We wish we would have been told that the carpet we selected would show a lot of footprints, but we got used to that. The installers arrived on time and did what appears to be a great job of putting the carpet in. They worked quickly and cleaned up before they left. Very satisfied.

USdon't do it! they promised to redo my bathroom floor,but didn't even know how to put up baseboards! and then charged me for it! on top of that they didn't install the sink or the toilet properly. I had to Fix it myself.

USSalesman and carpet are awesome, install had some issues. Our salesman, the carpet and the price were great. I was upset with the installation as they only sent 1 guy and we had a huge carpet that was 15 ft wide and needed to go to a 2nd floor. What were they thinking? Needless to say my husband helped the guy but having had rotator cuff surgery and herniated discs in his back I was happy he only ended up being sore as opposed to major problems.Also, someone didn't quite measure accuratley and our closets weren't carpeted as expected. Makes me not so sure I would do bussiness there again.

USFriendly Staff! The staff at Warren's Carpet were very friendly and tried to be accomodating. I think our floor was installed by an independent contractor who was also very nice. When some problems arose with the installation, the contractor promised to return on two occasions and never did. After contacting Warren's, the work was finally finished by a Warren's employee. I felt that, when I had complaints, someone from Warren's (probably Warren) should have come to my house and look at the problems. We love the flooring we selected and feel the price was fair for the work done.
