USWorse customer service.beware of owner, he's a liar. We have a restaurant business. We wanted to fix the floor and we wanted to go with a company so we will have decent installation. Dining room came out fine . Kitchen linoleum was left with bubbles. Men bathroom not leveled and the hallway is the biggest part. One tile is broken . Finishing not professional and all our customers can see the difference . Now everybody know about the source of this bad work. The installer they sent , all we heard from him were F words on a daily basis. He never stopped from using this word . The owner Warren promised us to send the installer to fix the hallway and the bubble nobody showed up. He told us 3 times he is going to send somebody or he is coming at 3 o'clock to check the floor, he hold us every time without any excuse and he ended up being a liar . I took pictures and ready to take them to court because the job they did is not worse the big amount of money I paid And the linoleum I ordered was different than the one they installed but I had to take it because of them taking at least 5 more days to get the right one. Now everybody should know with who u will be dealing . My friend wanted to go with them for her kitchen floor because she lives in north tonawanda , she changed her mind and she was aware of their bad customer service.

USSlight goof up I needed to replace the carpet in front of my counter tops and refrigerator. I brought in the old one to be used for a pattern. The was a spot on the old one where the binding had started to separate from the carpet itself. Unfortunately, the blemish was incorporated into the new piece of carpet. I would have expected that something so noticeable would have been corrected. Who has a 6" bubble in a straight line section of carpet?

USWon't be going back I picked out a remnant that needed to be shortened and they never shortened it. So I discovered it after I had gotten home and it didn't fit in the room. I had to take it back and they did fix it at no charge. I also had a runner installed in my front hall and stairs. It was suppose to be bound along the sides, they did not bind it yet I was charged for the binding. It also took the installer much longer because it was not cut prior and the installer had to use alot of tacks to put it in. It looks alright but I feel it could look better if it was done they way I was told it would be done. They never followed up with me about getting the doors cut, I had to call them. Basically overall the customer service it just not there. I have since found a different place with just as many remnants to choose from and better $$.

USNot so happy I've used them before, did not show up on day they said. Tried again with another property, showed up late, quality of work this time was not good. Will be getting carpeting in another property soon, needless to say I will NOT be using them. Communication is not good, and the floor installed in the kitchen is definitely not professional. Carpet seems ok, bathroom floor is good. For the price, I feel I should be happy, really was not.
