GBSalesman and carpet are awesome, install had some issues. Our salesman, the carpet and the price were great. I was upset with the installation as they only sent 1 guy and we had a huge carpet that was 15 ft wide and needed to go to a 2nd floor. What were they thinking? Needless to say my husband helped the guy but having had rotator cuff surgery and herniated discs in his back I was happy he only ended up being sore as opposed to major problems.Also, someone didn't quite measure accuratley and our closets weren't carpeted as expected. Makes me not so sure I would do bussiness there again.

GBBad customer service Installer did not have strip for end of carpet to hall, said he thought looked better. He thought he broke a closet door, said he wasn't supposed to take door down. Found part after he left not broken just fell off.

GBGreat service We wish we would have been told that the carpet we selected would show a lot of footprints, but we got used to that. The installers arrived on time and did what appears to be a great job of putting the carpet in. They worked quickly and cleaned up before they left. Very satisfied.

GBSlight goof up I needed to replace the carpet in front of my counter tops and refrigerator. I brought in the old one to be used for a pattern. The was a spot on the old one where the binding had started to separate from the carpet itself. Unfortunately, the blemish was incorporated into the new piece of carpet. I would have expected that something so noticeable would have been corrected. Who has a 6" bubble in a straight line section of carpet?
