Their communications, responsiveness and promptness in shipping are all excellent. As an added bonus, they're a father and son company actually based in the U.S. They can't be beat in terms of weight to performance. Worth every penny. A gold standard in bike locks.

I’ve had the large titanium lock for my… I’ve had the large titanium lock for my commuter bike in Manhattan and Brooklyn for five years, leave it locked to sign posts on the street, occasionally overnight, and have never (so far) had a problem. The lock is incredibly quick/easy to take off its rack and lock up, and also incredibly light. You instantly feel the difference over heavier U locks or chains. And an added plus is that the customer care has been very helpful and generous when I had a problem with a cracked mount. So many companies over-promise and under-deliver. These guys do the opposite. (Re-reading this post it sounds so positive as to sound fake, but it’s real!)

The whole story The whole story: great product, was frustrated that I lost the lock cylinder, happy to learn I could replace it, so I did, purchase easy, arrived quickly, works great. Then yesterday, I found the old cylinder! Someone had left it on a ledge near bike parking area I use occasionally. Thank you to the good Samaritan! Now I can order a new shackle and have two locks.

Maybe their product is ok but I never… Maybe their product is ok but I never received it - they couldn't write address properly so it was sent back after I managed to pay custom fees. They didn't show much interest in making this right, sometimes they would respond to the email with few days delay which was annoying. This made me ask for a refund and they didn't refund E 30 for shipment which they made the error on in the first place!
