GBStainless Steel Clip Mount /Bumper upgrade suggions felt like your representative was… I felt like your representative was very receptive to me with respect to my concern regarding the "rubber bumper stops" that fell off on the "stainless steel plate" material of the mounting clip. Apparently, the adhesive that was used for your previous "plastic" clip mount, adhered far better than the stainless steel material. I'd suggest having small stainless steel screws/locking nuts adhering the bumper stops to the stainless steel mounting clips. As a matter of fact, that's exactly what I plan to do with my "new" bumpers I received. Again, your customer service was well received, and did not go unnoticed. Many thanks

GBEasy five star Easy five star. I've had a total of four TiGr locks now, beginning with when they first started out. All of them are still in service. Their communications, responsiveness and promptness in shipping are all excellent. As an added bonus, they're a father and son company actually based in the U.S. They can't be beat in terms of weight to performance. Worth every penny. A gold standard in bike locks.
