excellent real life theft deterrent I’ve been using TIGR ti locks for 4 years now…..so what is important about the lock is that on an attempt in London the thieves gave up. They couldn’t cut or twist and didn’t grind because of the location. I know it costs a little more but it’s so much better than even a kryptonite new york which thieves have managed to get through and weighs a tonne. Plus TIGR customer service has been top drawer. I have 3 of their ti locks now to use across two people bikes. I trust the locks more than the insurance companies…the only thing that I would say is can we get Tigr locks on the sold secure list so they are insurance approved?

Maybe their product is ok but I never… Maybe their product is ok but I never received it - they couldn't write address properly so it was sent back after I managed to pay custom fees. They didn't show much interest in making this right, sometimes they would respond to the email with few days delay which was annoying. This made me ask for a refund and they didn't refund E 30 for shipment which they made the error on in the first place!

Stainless Steel Clip Mount /Bumper upgrade suggions felt like your representative was… I felt like your representative was very receptive to me with respect to my concern regarding the "rubber bumper stops" that fell off on the "stainless steel plate" material of the mounting clip. Apparently, the adhesive that was used for your previous "plastic" clip mount, adhered far better than the stainless steel material. I'd suggest having small stainless steel screws/locking nuts adhering the bumper stops to the stainless steel mounting clips. As a matter of fact, that's exactly what I plan to do with my "new" bumpers I received. Again, your customer service was well received, and did not go unnoticed. Many thanks
