GBRevo system only works with IE The cameras are good and the DVR is good. Revo replace several faulty cameras I had., but I’ve always had trouble with them sending me the correct cords and connectors. This is the second Revo system I’ve had. I have issue with my Revo cloud not having any storage or the option to purchase storage. But the real problem I have with Revo is their system only works with Internet explorer. What’s going to happen to my security system when that dinosaur browser goes extinct?

GBRevo America is a great company to work… Revo America is a great company to work with. My old Revo SD video system Windows 7 finally died after I rebuilt it a couple times. I ordered the new Ultra system, 4T, 16 channel with starlight. The first unit had multiple problems. Revo sent a new one the next day! The video system display is amazing. Revo has never disappointed with their technical support.

GBCameras keep going out Cameras keep going out. I have the wireless cameras. Contacted support they told me readjust antenna informed them that if I unplug them let them sit for a couple of minutes plug back in they work for a couple of days. Not convenient since they are 3 levels up on the house!!!!!

GBMissing CAT-5 cable and FedEx delivered without customer signature as required Camera was delivered by FedEx requiring signature. FedEx driver threw the box in front of garage, not at front door. Good thing I noticed the box in my other Revo camera and retrieved it before it could have been stolen. Secondly, Revo omitted the 100' CAT-5 cable from the ordered which was advertised being part of this order. Revo still owes me a 100" CAT-5 cable. On the other hand, camera is great!

GBI purchased so far 4 DVR 16 channel for… I purchased so far 4 DVR 16 channel for 4 different locations cameras are good but every time I had to swap the DVR. Never got the good one in first place
