Revo America is a great company to work… Revo America is a great company to work with. My old Revo SD video system Windows 7 finally died after I rebuilt it a couple times. I ordered the new Ultra system, 4T, 16 channel with starlight. The first unit had multiple problems. Revo sent a new one the next day! The video system display is amazing. Revo has never disappointed with their technical support.

First time purchaser Purchased a system to work with 16 cameras. Received in a timely manner and did not open immediately due to time receiving. Inspected delivery and found that five bundles of wire were not enclosed. Emailed on the weekend stating the package was short and received an email first thing Monday morning and received the product on Wednesday. Have been very happy with service at this time. Have not had product long enough to give a valid recommendation on it.

Feeling more secure Easy connectivity and we love the response time in viewing various cameras. The ability to view via cell phone is most satisfying.

Missing CAT-5 cable and FedEx delivered without customer signature as required Camera was delivered by FedEx requiring signature. FedEx driver threw the box in front of garage, not at front door. Good thing I noticed the box in my other Revo camera and retrieved it before it could have been stolen. Secondly, Revo omitted the 100' CAT-5 cable from the ordered which was advertised being part of this order. Revo still owes me a 100" CAT-5 cable. On the other hand, camera is great!

I called customer/tech support on… I called customer/tech support on trying to get some perameters set up on my newly purchased system. The gentleman tried to help me but, couldn’t. He created a case # for the higher level tech support to reach back out to me. Two weeks later I recached back out and was told the case is still open. It has now been 3 weeks and no response back from Revo tech support. I work in retai l/ tech support myself and this is clearly less than acceptable!
