GBRevo system only works with IE The cameras are good and the DVR is good. Revo replace several faulty cameras I had., but I’ve always had trouble with them sending me the correct cords and connectors. This is the second Revo system I’ve had. I have issue with my Revo cloud not having any storage or the option to purchase storage. But the real problem I have with Revo is their system only works with Internet explorer. What’s going to happen to my security system when that dinosaur browser goes extinct?

GBI called customer/tech support on… I called customer/tech support on trying to get some perameters set up on my newly purchased system. The gentleman tried to help me but, couldn’t. He created a case # for the higher level tech support to reach back out to me. Two weeks later I recached back out and was told the case is still open. It has now been 3 weeks and no response back from Revo tech support. I work in retai l/ tech support myself and this is clearly less than acceptable!

GBI love Revo systems! I own a medium sized college bar and having cameras is almost a must. I've used Revo systems for 10 years now starting with the small set I first bought at my local Sam's club. Recently I've replaced my old equipment with one of their HD systems. Set up was a breeze. A few months later one of the cameras quit working and they had it replaced almost overnight. Their tech support and sales people are super helpful and easily accessible. I've looked at a lot of other systems out there and Revo is hard to beat for their selection, performance, and ease of set up. Anyone with basic DIY skill can be up and running all on their own in little time.

GBI purchased so far 4 DVR 16 channel for… I purchased so far 4 DVR 16 channel for 4 different locations cameras are good but every time I had to swap the DVR. Never got the good one in first place
