GBManuel Customer Service We ordered two cameras which arrived just a few days after we ordered them. We had one that was damaged and Manuel was awesome. He diagnosed the issue and was able to send a return label and get it replaced in a timely manor. Thank you for all the help and the great customer service Manuel. Much Appreciated!

GBThe packaging and shipping of the DVR… The packaging and shipping of the DVR and Cameras was very good. The ability to talk to your technical team both pre-sales and after the unit arrived was superior. The promise for other browsers will be welcomed in the future. I understand more videos will becoming this will help new users install and setup the system and remote viewing platforms. Very very pleased would recommend Revo to all.

GBCameras keep going out Cameras keep going out. I have the wireless cameras. Contacted support they told me readjust antenna informed them that if I unplug them let them sit for a couple of minutes plug back in they work for a couple of days. Not convenient since they are 3 levels up on the house!!!!!

GBGot camera working on my own Got camera working on my own. Called customer service to ask if could place camera on hold so wouldn’t record while in home ( inside usage) and customer service couldn’t answer so I figured that out on my own. Go to smart detection and swipe button off .

GBRepeat Client !! I purchased my first Revo NVR and cameras last year. When I had a problem with the system, people in Tech support were excellent. When another surveillance system was required at another property, Revo was my go to product.
