5 stars all the way! Excellent Products. Excellent Customer Service. Excellent warranty. What more could you ask for! I've been running this system for a couple of weeks now. The picture quality is way better than I expected. The remote software is fairly easy to get set up. Once set up, it's easy to use. I'd recommend Revo America systems to any of my friends and family.

Manuel Customer Service We ordered two cameras which arrived just a few days after we ordered them. We had one that was damaged and Manuel was awesome. He diagnosed the issue and was able to send a return label and get it replaced in a timely manor. Thank you for all the help and the great customer service Manuel. Much Appreciated!

I called customer/tech support on… I called customer/tech support on trying to get some perameters set up on my newly purchased system. The gentleman tried to help me but, couldn’t. He created a case # for the higher level tech support to reach back out to me. Two weeks later I recached back out and was told the case is still open. It has now been 3 weeks and no response back from Revo tech support. I work in retai l/ tech support myself and this is clearly less than acceptable!

Been using Revo for years couldn't be… Been using Revo for years couldn't be any simpler to setup and use been updating my camera's plug and play, would like one more HDMI port on my nvr and give up the VGA.
