GBTech support was great to work with Tech support was great to work with, with my new wireless cameras. My new security system was easy to set up by myself. I like the features my new system has to offer. My new system replaces a 12 year old Revo system that worked very well but I was ready for an up to date system. Very satisfied with RevoAmerica. I would recommend Revo Products to anyone in the market for a security system.

GBGot camera working on my own Got camera working on my own. Called customer service to ask if could place camera on hold so wouldn’t record while in home ( inside usage) and customer service couldn’t answer so I figured that out on my own. Go to smart detection and swipe button off .

GB5 stars all the way! Excellent Products. Excellent Customer Service. Excellent warranty. What more could you ask for! I've been running this system for a couple of weeks now. The picture quality is way better than I expected. The remote software is fairly easy to get set up. Once set up, it's easy to use. I'd recommend Revo America systems to any of my friends and family.

GBGood Well, actually I did call Revo to see if the cameras I ordered (2-solar wireless ones) were compatible with my gateway system already in place. Customer service told me they were or stand alone if needed. Easily installed and work great.

GBMissing CAT-5 cable and FedEx delivered without customer signature as required Camera was delivered by FedEx requiring signature. FedEx driver threw the box in front of garage, not at front door. Good thing I noticed the box in my other Revo camera and retrieved it before it could have been stolen. Secondly, Revo omitted the 100' CAT-5 cable from the ordered which was advertised being part of this order. Revo still owes me a 100" CAT-5 cable. On the other hand, camera is great!
