CAbrutal company stay away i have had… brutal company stay away i have had issuies for 3 years with there equipment not working now my whole system dont work spent 6 housrs on the phone over the. weekend finally asked to talk to a supervior on sunday still waiting on call back from this compant dont sign any contracts with them

CAAman Vaid Great Service Aman Vaid the service Tech in the Saskatoon area is awesome. Having an issue with a door sensor that could not be fixed over the phone. Aman showed up and was able to resolve the issue. He takes extra time to verify that the whole system is working properly and explained more option in the panel. Every company needs more employees like Aman.

CAConsistent, helpful and friendly service I’m very surprised to see ratings lower than 4 here. My alarm panel had a swollen battery for a while but tonight was the first time I could open the panel to discover this - and why I’ve received system tamper messages. I have been very, very pleased with every call I’ve had with Fluent customer service. They have been patient, helpful and unlike some places you call, they take good notes on their end. Honestly, some of the most consistently positive customer service experiences I’ve had and why I feel compelled to write.

GBMatt was very understanding about my… Matt was very understanding about my concerns as well as Aaron and Sean. First, Aaron assured me about my safety should a situation arise. Aaron and Sean would try to work around my schedule which was very difficult for me Matt arrived early and was also understanding explaining every detail of the process, teaching me how to work the system. I feel very confident with Fluent, knowing the company is in my best interest.

GBNew Satisfied Fluent Customer I am new to Fluent. I never heard about this security system. I used another popular system for years. But recently moved to another State, and my daughter uses Fluent and recommended them. So far so good. My only complaint was how long it took them to install after my order. But they gave me two free months service for the inconvenience. The service is set up custom to your needs. I like that I choose the number of security features whether it be cameras, doors and or windows. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I has an overall good experience. I can’t speak to billing issues or cancellation issues as I’m new. I will update if needed but I recommend Fluent at this time.
