CAConsistent, helpful and friendly service I’m very surprised to see ratings lower than 4 here. My alarm panel had a swollen battery for a while but tonight was the first time I could open the panel to discover this - and why I’ve received system tamper messages. I have been very, very pleased with every call I’ve had with Fluent customer service. They have been patient, helpful and unlike some places you call, they take good notes on their end. Honestly, some of the most consistently positive customer service experiences I’ve had and why I feel compelled to write.

CAExcellent support - I had to call technical support to help… I had to call technical support to help get my side door sensor fixed. The sensor thought is was open when the door was actually closed. I had accidentally the sensor off the door trim when putting in a new battery and reinstalled the sensor improperly. The tech helped me over the phone and back to normal and 100% functional! Much appreciate the support!

GBNew Satisfied Fluent Customer I am new to Fluent. I never heard about this security system. I used another popular system for years. But recently moved to another State, and my daughter uses Fluent and recommended them. So far so good. My only complaint was how long it took them to install after my order. But they gave me two free months service for the inconvenience. The service is set up custom to your needs. I like that I choose the number of security features whether it be cameras, doors and or windows. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I has an overall good experience. I can’t speak to billing issues or cancellation issues as I’m new. I will update if needed but I recommend Fluent at this time.

CAAbsolutely garbage and thieving… Absolutely garbage and thieving company. Had them for my house for 2 years. In that time they never corrected issues. We canceled once the contract was done with giving them 2 months warningbof our cancelation. They canceled after trying for some time to convince my wife to resign. We didn't. Then once done they stole 4 or 5 months of payments and refuse to return the stolen money. NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, JUST STEALING YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. If I could give negative stats I would.
