CAThe worst security company I have ever… The worst security company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and do NOT retain this company. Equipment was faulty, I cancelled my account in 2022 and this company is still taking payments. To be clear, I full paid out my contract. Have submitted a cancelation request and talked to numerous agents.... this matter is still ongoing. Do Not Sign with them .... terrible customer service, faulty equipment and rudeness. Back away

GBThis company is the worst I had the… This company is the worst I had the same experience as most. System never worked properly, won’t let me out of the contract, and when my contract was over they automatically renewed it. I called and they say I had to pay a significant amount of money to cancel. They said the only thing they could do was send a tech out to fix it. A tech was supposed to call to set up a time to come out.That was over a month ago. I have not heard from anyone. I’ve called twice and have heard the same BS “ a tech will contact you”. This is a big SCAM!!

GBThey are a scam ***IF YOU CANT CANCEL - what they don’t tell you - send a cancellation email w/ name, address, phone number and your secret word. TO MAKE IT OFFICIAL, end it with your written signature (I took a picture of mine and inserted it at the end). They won’t cancel any other way…and they won’t tell you you need it. It was buried in your contract you signed and didn’t get a copy of.*** I’ll keep it short - I had another security company install on 4/8/24. I was told on Fluent install, I was protected, even if someone ripped the panel off the wall. As the tech from the new company unhooked the panel, he told me to expect a phone call. There was none. It is now 4/28/24 and to this dateI receive daily notices my equipment isn’t responding, but no one has contacted me to see if I’m alive. Fluent was called on 4/11/24 to cancel service. I was told all systems were down, they couldn’t check any account - to call back next week. I began looking for an email address - absolutely none listed. They had an AI help box - I asked, it gave me the email address AND all personal info I needed to include to make it an official email. I also sent the cancellation email on 4/11/24. Becky responded and said they would work on it the following week when their system was back up. in 4/22/24, Becky told me I couldn’t cancel without calling the cancellation number, which she provided. Since that time, I have a six minute call that went to voicemail in which I told them I was cancelling and provided all pertinent information. I have a thirty minute, a forty- five minute, an hour and a four hour documented hold times at that number. No one is monitoring. Friday evening, I called the regular Fluent number again and tried several extensions. None answered. I then tried the “I want to become a customer” extension and it was answered immediately. I went off. I was told every email I had sent since 4/11/24 did not count, because “it did not include a handwritten signature”. If true, you could have told me ten emails ago. Part of my contract with them involved me setting up a secret word, in case they called or contacted me through the panel. That word was to prove who I was. That word was provided in each email. That word was my signature. They are a scam - delay and collect. If they refuse to tell me what to do with their disconnected equipment, I’m sure they’ll come after me later.

GBMatt was very understanding about my… Matt was very understanding about my concerns as well as Aaron and Sean. First, Aaron assured me about my safety should a situation arise. Aaron and Sean would try to work around my schedule which was very difficult for me Matt arrived early and was also understanding explaining every detail of the process, teaching me how to work the system. I feel very confident with Fluent, knowing the company is in my best interest.

CAAbsolutely garbage and thieving… Absolutely garbage and thieving company. Had them for my house for 2 years. In that time they never corrected issues. We canceled once the contract was done with giving them 2 months warningbof our cancelation. They canceled after trying for some time to convince my wife to resign. We didn't. Then once done they stole 4 or 5 months of payments and refuse to return the stolen money. NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, JUST STEALING YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. If I could give negative stats I would.
