GBNew Satisfied Fluent Customer I am new to Fluent. I never heard about this security system. I used another popular system for years. But recently moved to another State, and my daughter uses Fluent and recommended them. So far so good. My only complaint was how long it took them to install after my order. But they gave me two free months service for the inconvenience. The service is set up custom to your needs. I like that I choose the number of security features whether it be cameras, doors and or windows. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I has an overall good experience. I can’t speak to billing issues or cancellation issues as I’m new. I will update if needed but I recommend Fluent at this time.

CAExcellent support - I had to call technical support to help… I had to call technical support to help get my side door sensor fixed. The sensor thought is was open when the door was actually closed. I had accidentally the sensor off the door trim when putting in a new battery and reinstalled the sensor improperly. The tech helped me over the phone and back to normal and 100% functional! Much appreciate the support!

CAbrutal company stay away i have had… brutal company stay away i have had issuies for 3 years with there equipment not working now my whole system dont work spent 6 housrs on the phone over the. weekend finally asked to talk to a supervior on sunday still waiting on call back from this compant dont sign any contracts with them

GBSam O gave best explanation of tasks & system! Our internet service got updated. After that we had trouble reconnecting our Fluent system to our internet. We wanted a service person to come to our house and help us. Sam O from Fluent arrived and he was able to make the correct connection. In addition, he replaced our lithium batteries that were old and swelling. We asked him to return later in the week to put in a new doorbell cam and a driveway cam. Sam O explained what he was doing at every step of the process. He was courteous and efficient. We appreciate his work and can recommend him as a Fluent service person.
