Sam O gave best explanation of tasks & system! Our internet service got updated. After that we had trouble reconnecting our Fluent system to our internet. We wanted a service person to come to our house and help us. Sam O from Fluent arrived and he was able to make the correct connection. In addition, he replaced our lithium batteries that were old and swelling. We asked him to return later in the week to put in a new doorbell cam and a driveway cam. Sam O explained what he was doing at every step of the process. He was courteous and efficient. We appreciate his work and can recommend him as a Fluent service person.

Later Ély patiently walked me through setting up the phone app and verifying that all the functions from furnace to door locks and arming all worked. brutal company stay away i have had… brutal company stay away i have had issuies for 3 years with there equipment not working now my whole system dont work spent 6 housrs on the phone over the. weekend finally asked to talk to a supervior on sunday still waiting on call back from this compant dont sign any contracts with them

This company is the worst I had the… This company is the worst I had the same experience as most. System never worked properly, won’t let me out of the contract, and when my contract was over they automatically renewed it. I called and they say I had to pay a significant amount of money to cancel. They said the only thing they could do was send a tech out to fix it. A tech was supposed to call to set up a time to come out.That was over a month ago. I have not heard from anyone. I’ve called twice and have heard the same BS “ a tech will contact you”. This is a big SCAM!!
