GBThe worst security company I have ever… The worst security company I have ever used! I've been waiting more than a month for a technician to come to my business. It took almost two weeks to even get an appointment of 4/16/24 and they still haven't sent anyone! Oh by the way, they did CHARGE ME for this non-existent service call...Beware of this company!

GBHelpful and patient So helpful with activating and setting up my alarm system. Everyone I’ve spoken with at Fluent has been knowledgeable and able to solve things on my end over the phone. The person who helped me activate my builder installed system myself was extremely patient and made sure everything was working properly prior to ending our call. Had to call today because system would not stop beeping. Resolved in five minutes.

CAThe alarm system came with the house The alarm system came with the house. It desperately needed servicing and a full reset. Luis spent a couple hours verifying everything. Later Ély patiently walked me through setting up the phone app and verifying that all the functions from furnace to door locks and arming all worked. Excellent service from both tech support and the service technician 👍

GBNew Satisfied Fluent Customer I am new to Fluent. I never heard about this security system. I used another popular system for years. But recently moved to another State, and my daughter uses Fluent and recommended them. So far so good. My only complaint was how long it took them to install after my order. But they gave me two free months service for the inconvenience. The service is set up custom to your needs. I like that I choose the number of security features whether it be cameras, doors and or windows. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I has an overall good experience. I can’t speak to billing issues or cancellation issues as I’m new. I will update if needed but I recommend Fluent at this time.
