This company is the worst I had the… This company is the worst I had the same experience as most. System never worked properly, won’t let me out of the contract, and when my contract was over they automatically renewed it. I called and they say I had to pay a significant amount of money to cancel. They said the only thing they could do was send a tech out to fix it. A tech was supposed to call to set up a time to come out.That was over a month ago. I have not heard from anyone. I’ve called twice and have heard the same BS “ a tech will contact you”. This is a big SCAM!!

Later Ély patiently walked me through setting up the phone app and verifying that all the functions from furnace to door locks and arming all worked. The worst security company I have ever… The worst security company I have ever used! I've been waiting more than a month for a technician to come to my business. It took almost two weeks to even get an appointment of 4/16/24 and they still haven't sent anyone! Oh by the way, they did CHARGE ME for this non-existent service call...Beware of this company!
