Thanks to DFW Thanks to DFW we were able to integrate new technology with our existing system and not have to buy a entirely new system. They worked with me to structure the pricing to my liking and their installer was just top notch. The couple of times we have tripped the alarm, they have called within seconds and gone through the proper protocols to make sure it was truly a false alarm. I highly recommend DFW.

People are friendly, the tech sucks. Not a big fan of their service. I signed a 2 year contract with the expectation of package with cameras around the property. Upon install, zero cameras we’re able to be installed, the doorbell camera is worthless despite no less than 6 service calls, the garage door has gone haywire and needed 4 different service calls. The indoor motion detection said it won’t see small dogs. Lie. My Boston terrier set it off in the first hour. Now I have glass break. I pay $50 a month so I can occasionally open/close the garage door with my phone. That’s it.

Very Professional & Courteous Juan was the installer that came to my home. He was fantastic. There were a few issues beyond his control that he was patient and understanding about. Very professional. Very courteous. I wish every installer and worker that came to my home were as awesome as Juan. DFW Security gets great reviews, hopefully they stand up. So far so good though.

So much better than the bigger companies who only want to get your business and then ignore you. I would definitely go with Dfw Security

Larry and David did an excellent job… Larry and David did an excellent job installing my new security system. They acted very professional and made sure I knew how to operate the system before they left. I had ADT at my previous homes and the type of service I received from them was no where close to the service that dfwsecurity provided.
