DFW Security is the best! We have been using DFW Security for a long time. We needed to upgrade our security service and Jennifer L. was amazing and helping us getting things scheduled/ordered. She respond so quickly to emails and is just the nicest person. Shawn, our technician was marvelous. He did a wonderful job with the upgrades (taking time to pet our pup who was following him around). He was so kind and really made sure we had what we needed. The customer service from start to finish is exceptional. They are flexible, kind and very responsive. They agreed to come later when I had a work emergency come up. Best security service around.
