GBMisleading information Misleading information! New service, old wiring and now expected to pay for new sensor otherwise can't use the system. Salesperson should have explained if we use old wiring you will have to pay for any new parts needed, we may have gone with a complete new system or warranty. We weren't given any options only told GREAT we can use your old system. Also, horrible customer service, tech came out and started arguing with me and I quickly felt uncomfortable. Immediately called DFW Security and they pretty much refuse to replace part unless I pay for it. They didn't care about the misleading information, lack of information or their tech arguing with me.

GBI requested a technician to come out to… I requested a technician to come out to my home and install an additional camera. Juan, the technician, was sent. This gentleman was very professional and courteous. He installed the camera within an hour. I am very satisfied with the service I received. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to say that the technician is a 10. Great job, Juan!!

GBQuality Security Our experience with the security element has been quite good. However, the Z wave components (specifically the thermostat) that go with it are terrible. It literally malfunctions 3 times daily and doesn't follow the set schedule for temperature control in the house at all. This is frustrating becasue they charge me monthly for something that does NOT work. UPDATE: Customer service has been quite helpful with this issue. I have to say, I was impressed by that!

GBCutomer service oriented company Cutomer service oriented company. Whenever I call with any questions they are very helpful. If ever the alarm goes off they call right away within seconds. So much better than the bigger companies who only want to get your business and then ignore you. I would definitely go with Dfw Security

GBPeople are friendly, the tech sucks. Not a big fan of their service. I signed a 2 year contract with the expectation of package with cameras around the property. Upon install, zero cameras we’re able to be installed, the doorbell camera is worthless despite no less than 6 service calls, the garage door has gone haywire and needed 4 different service calls. The indoor motion detection said it won’t see small dogs. Lie. My Boston terrier set it off in the first hour. Now I have glass break. I pay $50 a month so I can occasionally open/close the garage door with my phone. That’s it.
