Very Professional & Courteous Juan was the installer that came to my home. He was fantastic. There were a few issues beyond his control that he was patient and understanding about. Very professional. Very courteous. I wish every installer and worker that came to my home were as awesome as Juan. DFW Security gets great reviews, hopefully they stand up. So far so good though.

Great service! Our keypad lock wasn’t working properly, so he replaced it. And while he was there, he performed a few other courtesy checks on our other security devices. He did a great job!

Kinda unsure...... I activated my alarm by mistake and the person on the other stated cops would be called, thankfully I had not registered my system with FWPD so they didn’t send them out. Come to find out, programmer had put in WRONG password!!! Had police been dispatched, I would have been fined!

People are friendly, the tech sucks. Not a big fan of their service. I signed a 2 year contract with the expectation of package with cameras around the property. Upon install, zero cameras we’re able to be installed, the doorbell camera is worthless despite no less than 6 service calls, the garage door has gone haywire and needed 4 different service calls. The indoor motion detection said it won’t see small dogs. Lie. My Boston terrier set it off in the first hour. Now I have glass break. I pay $50 a month so I can occasionally open/close the garage door with my phone. That’s it.

Excellent service Excellent service, techs were very professional, on time, neat and clean. They did a great job going over system and helping us install apps on phone. Highly recommend security company. The equipment is state of the art and reasonably priced.
