Good move 🙂 They packed, wrapped & secured all of our furniture and mattresses. They also did a very good job of picking up our stuff and delivering it in a very timely manner in fact the delivery was a day earlier than originally anticipated making us happy customers. We are missing 2 lampshades & lamp accessories but we’re confident American Van Lines will make it right

Then when the goods arrived to the new location safely the driver did a great job of unloading my things into the storage unit I had waiting. A great start to my new life in Iowa.

I had a great experience! I had a great experience with the service provided by American Van Lines. I would recommend this service for an out of state move. The staff was very professional, efficient, and attentive throughout the entire process of my move. They checked in and followed up an every step of the way. I had a situation with the management company at the condominium where I live asking last minute for proof of insurance. Frank my moving coordinator kept in touch with me providing me with the updates about the status of the move and he was very courteous and helped get the insurance form submitted. The driver and movers were very professional and efficient carefully handling my furniture and wrapping it well to protect it. They were timely and they had an easy process to pay for the service.
