I liked the driver and his helper I liked the driver and his helper. For the most part the company did well, I was disappointed that I could not get calls responded to. There was not much energy to return calls or they were returned a good while after. It was my first time moving across country and needed more info to feel more at ease. At the end of the day, my stuff was picked up. I didn't realize how big the truck was, but they delivered in an amazing amount of time. They dropped it off and it all went well.

I had a great experience! I had a great experience with the service provided by American Van Lines. I would recommend this service for an out of state move. The staff was very professional, efficient, and attentive throughout the entire process of my move. They checked in and followed up an every step of the way. I had a situation with the management company at the condominium where I live asking last minute for proof of insurance. Frank my moving coordinator kept in touch with me providing me with the updates about the status of the move and he was very courteous and helped get the insurance form submitted. The driver and movers were very professional and efficient carefully handling my furniture and wrapping it well to protect it. They were timely and they had an easy process to pay for the service.

Good experience! My furniture was packed and delivered with great care! The movers showed up on the day they were supposed to come. I was kept notified of their progress on the way here. They were polite and efficient and very helpful. My only negative comment Is that I got less than 24 hrs notice about both pickup and delivery and they wanted to make changes to those dates with short notice due to an equipment problem.
