Jennifer did the same when it came time for a final review and patiently handled our many inventory updates. Our driver Donnie and his team were professional and efficient, meeting us at our location on the day promised. We appreciate everyone's efforts in getting us to our new home smoothly.

My pickup was delayed by 2 days after I… My pickup was delayed by 2 days after I had booked the move months in advance. If I had been moving a short distance it wouldn’t have been a big deal but I was moving 1800 miles. It was extremely stressful because I had to rearrange so many different things, including my job. UPDATE: American did reach out to me and an amicable resolution was reached and I do appreciate the follow up.
