Everyone we interacted with was very friendly, helpful and got back to us quickly if we had any questions. Our furniture arrived on time with no damage. Good experience! My furniture was packed and delivered with great care! The movers showed up on the day they were supposed to come. I was kept notified of their progress on the way here. They were polite and efficient and very helpful. My only negative comment Is that I got less than 24 hrs notice about both pickup and delivery and they wanted to make changes to those dates with short notice due to an equipment problem.

My pickup was delayed by 2 days after I… My pickup was delayed by 2 days after I had booked the move months in advance. If I had been moving a short distance it wouldn’t have been a big deal but I was moving 1800 miles. It was extremely stressful because I had to rearrange so many different things, including my job. UPDATE: American did reach out to me and an amicable resolution was reached and I do appreciate the follow up.
