Best Move Ever The CS staff Dori and Leslie were great. The moving team of Mike, Mark, and Ricky was professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. All and all the best move I have had not just with American Van Lines but ever. Five stars for sure!

Everyone we interacted with was very friendly, helpful and got back to us quickly if we had any questions. Our furniture arrived on time with no damage. Indiana to Iowa new life I was very happy with my packers and loaders fast efficient as well as charming personalities. Then when the goods arrived to the new location safely the driver did a great job of unloading my things into the storage unit I had waiting. A great start to my new life in Iowa.

I was gonna move 2 years ago…called… I was gonna move 2 years ago…called Renee, received excellent customer service. Fast forward..2 years later ..they still had my info! Renee seamlessly got me through it…and Kiera was a big help also! The team was phenomenal! I highly recommend American Van Lines!

AWESOME Our moving team should all be given a raise and/or promoted! Unfortunately, I'm not supposed to mention names but hey were amazing to watch as they packed our home with care, a great attitude, and speed while loading a 36' truck like a Tetris game! Unpacking went smoothly, as well, with boxes and furniture placed carefully. Great team, for sure!! My one suggestion would be that American Van Lines provide lifting straps to your movers. It was challenging to watch the straining backs transfer the heavy furniture pieces. Safety of your employees should be considered!! The pre-coordination went smoothly although I had numerous "permanent personal moving coordinators" it still was great. Not that I EVER want to want to move again, I would use and recommend American Van Lines to anyone!
