DIFFERENT THAN THE REST Hard to compare this move to anything to anything else. I guess you could say it's sort of like an out of state move that lasts much longer. Surprisingly this was smoother than the out state moving experience I had. Shepherd stayed super organized the whole time. From labeling boxes, double checking to make sure we didn't over pack each box, dealing with paperwork for the custom agents and setting up our movers in Peck ham, London. They did it all and they didn't break, lose or even dent anything while making it happen. We got lucky finding this place. We crossed our fingers and hoped to get a good move but we didn't expect it to be as smooth as it was. Service wise they went above and beyond. Even the movers in London who they subcontracted were outstanding. These guys are well established and very well connected.

Great Asset to our Business I work for an luxury furniture business based in LA that ships internationally. In the past few months we've gotten large orders to be shipped to both Canada and Europe. We've used Shepherd a few times now to handle the shipments and they've done a wonderful job. Their tracking has been very accurate. They also fully understand that our shipments represent our company and need to be handled as professionally as possible. We've had no issues using them and we'll continue working with the select orders. Overall they've been a great asset for the company.

My move was a BREEZE It's been my 3rd move now, I would have to say, but this move was different among all the others. Why? From scheduling my move all the way to my things getting to Greece, I ran into zero issues. My other moves were not this easy and it was just a well-organized process. Everyone was very nice and helpful, which I liked very much. No one seemed overwhelmed, lazy, or rude (which I have experienced in the past.) I am a a avid reader, therefore, I own almost over 100 books. My collection is very important to me and keeping my books in good condition is very important. They were more than respectful to me and all of my belongings and they made sure that everything was packed specifically for what its made of, which I liked most. They were prepared and had the proper boxes and packing materials needed. Their customer service definitely sticks out most about this company and I most definitely use their services again in the future!

Big Step Its a big emotional step moving out of the country. With that said there are no room for extra headaches. I was already feeling stressed, so finding a mover that make those feeling go away was the ultimate goal. A goal I achieved working with Shepherd. The movers here were top notch. Guys were well mannered and arrived within the time slot they promised (10am to Noon). It took 5 weeks until my things arrived in Bristol but when they did, they were as neatly wrapped, just how they left. I’m giving Shepherd 5 stars because this was my first out of country move of this kind and they did a better job than any mover I’ve used in the past.

Long Move but They did Great! After I booked my move with Shepherd they began the process right away. Things were great before the physical move even began. They sent over a team to pack one day and the move was the following day. With the move being to Sydney, Australia I thought it was very important to have packing done correctly. Which is why I paid extra to have their guys do it. On top of the packing their team handled all the paperwork for customs clearance. I can't even imagine how difficult organizing customs forms during Covid-19 must be but they really made it happen. Considering how long all of our boxes and furniture were traveling - it was great to see everything arrive at the other end in tip top shape. Not one thing went missing.
