My move was a BREEZE It's been my 3rd move now, I would have to say, but this move was different among all the others. Why? From scheduling my move all the way to my things getting to Greece, I ran into zero issues. My other moves were not this easy and it was just a well-organized process. Everyone was very nice and helpful, which I liked very much. No one seemed overwhelmed, lazy, or rude (which I have experienced in the past.) I am a a avid reader, therefore, I own almost over 100 books. My collection is very important to me and keeping my books in good condition is very important. They were more than respectful to me and all of my belongings and they made sure that everything was packed specifically for what its made of, which I liked most. They were prepared and had the proper boxes and packing materials needed. Their customer service definitely sticks out most about this company and I most definitely use their services again in the future!

Great Asset to our Business I work for an luxury furniture business based in LA that ships internationally. In the past few months we've gotten large orders to be shipped to both Canada and Europe. We've used Shepherd a few times now to handle the shipments and they've done a wonderful job. Their tracking has been very accurate. They also fully understand that our shipments represent our company and need to be handled as professionally as possible. We've had no issues using them and we'll continue working with the select orders. Overall they've been a great asset for the company.

Just got the internet up in running at… Just got the internet up in running at our new place in Finsbury Park London. Now it's time to thank the company responsible for making it happen. Couldn't have gotten all my furniture and art collection there without these guys. They were very friendly throughout the whole experience. They stayed available to ask follow up questions and calls. Honest about prices, timing and all details of the move right from the start. Personal advice to those moving internationally: make sure to pack a big suitcase of clothes because you're going to be without them for a month if you ship them. I called 3 other movers that offer a similar service in the area. This was by far the option in terms of pricing, industry knowledge and customer service.

Thankful We're thankful to every one from Shepherd who had a hand in our move this past month. I was a little hesitant at the beginning because I could have gone with a cheaper company but the online reputation along with with our phone conversations made us feel comfortable hiring them for the job. When all of our things arrived in Liverpool and everything was accounted for, we knew we picked a great company for the job. I can't begin to tell the emotions you go through when moving overseas and spending thousands to do so. The staff had a good understanding of how I felt and reassured us a a few times. Great move, great company.
